They offer a trial and there team connects with you to help you set things up. You have nothing to lose.
Many but to start, the simple web notification feature allows my web traffic to opt into and to subscribe to receive promotions from me. I get a better conversion rate than my email list.

Absolutely nothing. This has been the biggest waste of time and money for our business. Heed my warning, do not sign up for this no matter how convincing their sales team may be.

Everything. Wigzo isn't even a real company, but rather, a scam. Terrible communication, poor attention to detail (they made many typos on our site), not organized, no reliable point of contact, poor data reporting, many empty promises, incomplete product, unprofessional team. Need I say more? We tried to cancel this service for over 2 weeks and could never get a response from anyone on their team and we couldn't get our customer data from them. We were looking to start taking legal action since they were not cooperating. Please do not sign up for this service, you will regret it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see this company go out of business so there are no further businesses that get damaged by Wigzo.

We have just gotten started with Wigzo, but thus far, the process has been seamless to get integrated, and we were able to quickly send our first SMS! The onboarding call was swift and very helpful. The team has been extremely responsive and has been able to assist in a very timely manner.
Some of the bells and whistles offered aren't as straightforward as some platforms; however, their customer support is superb, and they have lots of great features in the works to further streamline things in the future.
