What do you like best about WhosOn?

The ability to be able to use this to chat with customers/guest of the business website and also chat with coworkers.

There’s honestly nothing that I dislike about this.

What do you like best about WhosOn?

Excellent UK support and integrated customer sentiment analysis. One of the easier web chat systems to use for agents.

What do you dislike about WhosOn?

Not a reflection on the software but live chat can be a time consuming channel at times when you are small business.

What problems is WhosOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

A simple, straightforward application that opened up another contact channel for my customers. Allows for better customer service quickly in a digital world. As an digital agency have recommended this company to a number of my clients.

Allows our support representatives to effectively multitask by providing chat support while working on other tasks.

What do you dislike about WhosOn?

Limitation on active users that can use the application at one time. May be a licensing issue.

WhoOn was the first product of its kind that we've implemented and it has so far been a success.

What problems is WhosOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Real-time client support via WhosOn chat. This allows us to problem solve with clients who are not available to request phone via support, e-mail or other methods.

Feature Rich Peice of Kit - Excellent Support
I have managed our live chat software since the install (750 seat contact centre) back in 2013. The first thing you will notice is the abundance of features that the software contains, The 2nd is how easy it is to understand what is required to adapt the software to your company needs. The help files are really in depth and with a little time spent you can work out what is needed to get to where you need to be. If you do not have the time to look through the help files, the support team are extremely helpful and can be reached through a multiple channels - the best being the live chat (as you would imagine) I have frequently had to change things on the fly to suit the business need. I am able to open a chat with support and complete the work whilst i have the support available, the chat will not be closed until we have reached our end goal. Cant rate this company enough.
