Great tool that I use often. It makes a good way to keep a vehicle nice

I think that once a week is a little excessive in inspection

It keeps me in tune with what is happening with my company vehicle

Allows the company employees to keep up with vehicle maintenance. The application is very Easy to use. Keeps everyone i formed and on the same page. Would definitely recommend.

I have not encountered any problems with the application at all. Only thing Id say I dislike is the redundancy of pictures it requires you to take with breakdowns. Not all break downs require pictures.

It is allowing drivers to communicate efficiently with both our shop and supervisors at the same time. It also a permanent record of vehicle pretrips, post trips and all breakdowns. No more missing paperwork

I would have to say the best aspect of WhipAround is the ease of use, both for drivers and for myself as the Admin. Very user-friendly and very detailed.

Only aspect I received negative feedback on was the amount of signatures but when I asked the friendly people from WAround about it they showed me how to adjust.

Elimination of paper DVIR's. We have the technology and no longer need books of paper. Much more organized.

It is easy to use and the support staff is Amazing. Keeping up with and maintaining our fleet has never been easier.

It used to be a headache having to keep up with paper DOT logs. Now, I can easily view our fleet one asset at a time and handle any issues that may come up.

There is not much that is not helpful when it comes to Whip Around. The Whip Around team has always taken our complaints and ideas and worked with them to help better the platform.

Through pre-operation inspection, our forklifts are being maintained properly and lasting longer. Productivity is increased due to forklifts running for longer periods of time without being down.

Much simpler and more effective than paper pre/post trips, the data captured is easy to export to Excel and sort.

Occasional tech issues with updates, they have always been quickly corrected.

Printing out mass amounts of PDF inspection forms one by one

It tracks service intervals, tracks maintenance, allows real-time alerts for any defects to properly plan

Keeping track of everything that is needed for the drivers and employees of the company helps finding issue easier as well would recommend for someone who needs it

Sometimes it has glitches in the system

Causing it to not work properly and keep track of things for the company and employees and parts doesn't generate work orders

Keeps track of the fleet and maintenance trying to solve glitch issues and sometimes work orders not generating or system will not work properly and have to reset

It is easy and clear to use the app and keeps me on top of important check ups on my vehicle. The reminders are easy and not annoying or disruptive. I'm glad to use the app continually and would recommend it to everybody.

I don't see many downsides but one thing I would recommend is the requirements for pictures during inspection be a little less strict. Other that that I am very happy with it.

It has helped a lot with organization within the company and keeping on top of vehicle and fleet maintenance throughout the company. I am glad to have whiparound.
