It is desgined specfially for small to medium sized business allowing robust integrations without the need for expensive and complicated ERP solutions.

Wherefour has a very responive and competent support team that solves issues very quickly. As a result, dislikes are resolved very quickly.

The robstness of the API to allow automating reporting is being solved.

Integration into our existing QuickBooks Desktop program so we only had to change our process for inventory and production -- not the financial side (invoicing, paying bills, etc.). The integration works.

Cost of the program is very reasonable and the onboarding and ongoing support is exceptional.

We are relative novices in the ERP world and there were considerable areas that were not well-versed on entering into the conversion to WhereFour. Our initial launch had some bumps and met with some groans from staff (but after about two months, everyone was 100% happy.

Wherefour is very user friendly, and well suited to our food manufacturing business. We use this across multiple departments daily. The customer support is second-to-none, and from implementation to process integration to product launch we were well taken care of at every step!

More customization would be helpful, specifically for daily reporting. Also, an ability to drill down/up from Sales order (start) to invoicing (finish) would be helpful for researching issues.

Inventory management, order fullfillment, production scheduling and eventually forecasting.

Functionality and ease of implentation made it work for us in short order.

Really, the only challenge has been imperfect integrations with Shopify but Wherefour has efficiently incorportated those integrations through software updates, which completely solved it.

Traceability, Compliance (for Organic Cert especially) and Inventory management.

The software works as intended - but the Customer service team works even harder. They are always available for help and never make me feel like a question is silly. Our Customer Success Specialist, Amy, is very accurately described in her job title. She is amazing. Always answers promptly and does an amazing job of explaining things in a way that makes it understandable and relatable. (Not always an easy task with us)

Can't say there is anything I "dislike". I wish our accounting software integrated easier - but that is on them. The team at Wherefour has been incredibly accomodating trying to help us get this riddle solved.

Keeping track of inventory. We know what we have, when we need more, etc.

Easy to use, has all functionality and at a price point that works for our business. Customer support is phenomenal and very attentive

somewhat high learning curve. The navigability of wherefour is sometimes tough, wish there was a search bar where you can search for the function you need instead of needing to know innately where everything should be.

Inventory

The "what-if" function for ordering. The "On hand" report. The fact that we now have a perpetual running inventory with ACCURATE costs.

I'm not sure exactly how it compares to competitors but i do know that it is user-friendly and intuitive.

Sometimes I wish that data entry functioned more like excel where you could input "=" and do simple caluclations within the cell.

It has immensely helped us reduce the amount of time in spreadsheets and is a reliable source for tracking our inventory and production lots.

The reporting filters could be more robust so we can get more specific results without having to edit within spreadsheets.

Traceability of our production and purchasing, as well as customer order and fulfillment management.

Our favorite aspects of Wherefour are the ease of Production planning, tracking, and inventory recording. We are a certified organic organization and having access to all of our records in one place makes our audit periods so easy. Wherefour is truly built out for traceability and it does not fail!

I haven't found many downsides about using wherefour. One thing (very specific to our process) is that I wish it were easier to pull reports that tie order number to the lot number that was shipped. This is crucial to a production trace-back audit.

Wherefour has solved the following isses for us: Forecasting & Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Compliance Reporting. Without the use of all these tools it would be really difficult for us to be scaling our business. I also really appreicate the endless software updates, and that the developers are open to hearing from customers about what they need in the program.

Wherefour has an amazing customer service team. They respond promptly to emails and offer the best support out there. They are always looking for ways to improve their service and have even implimented many of our feature requests. Very impressive.

There is definately a learning curve when begining to use any new feature Wherefour offers; however, they make the transition as seamless as possible with their customer suppport services.

Traceability and inventory control are the features we are currently using the most at this point. We are able to keep on top of ordering ingredients, price items for sale according to cost, and offer our customers piece of mind knowing we have inventory traceability in the event of a recall.
