"Love this APP"

What do you like best about When I Work?

Easy to use. Everything is easily accessible. Everything is at my fingertips.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

It's not tied into our Paylocity APP. I have to request time off in a different APP.

What problems is When I Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

We pretty much all work remotely, so this is very convenient for us to access anywhere at any time.

The app is straightforward to use for both the employer and the employee. I certainly recommend it to everyone. Thank you When I work for being there for us, I really appreciate it!

What do you dislike about When I Work?

I really can't think of any, When I work is really for everyone, accessible, fast, easy to use and cheap! If you don't already use it, don't wait any longer to start using it!

Helps us schedule the team but also allows to let people choose the shifts they want, swapping or dropping shifts if they aren't available so it offers to save a better balance!

When staff Commits to work and pick their shifts, they are more likely to show up.

What do you dislike about When I Work?

The start up is not easy if time is limited I ended up with three accounts before I could finish and now I can't log back into the other accounts I started. Help staff will not delete them but I can't log in and delete them.

What problems is When I Work solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of schedule. Tracking employee's availability. Shifts get filled without making phone calls.

So far there hasn't been a single issue. after moving from our old scheduling software (excel) this has been huge improvement

Export of timesheets or schedules to Excel isn't ideal. Would prefer if exports for schedule were in 2 week format, and if timesheet exports came in table format

Ease of scheduling, clock in/out abilities so I don't have to collect paper records of timesheets each payroll
