is a very simple and very good survey system to acquire knowledge of how our clients or potential users of our services relate to our wed sites, in expanding companies like ours is an indispensable tool, since every day we are getting into new markets and every day there are more new and different users, which makes our proposals very simple for some and very complex for others, for which we need to understand and thus be able to respond to each according to their needs

What do you dislike?

the prices are a little high compared to other specialized sites, however, the money is completely acceptable since they have provadores of professional pages that can give a suitable answer to your needs in exchange for some reward. what makes them pay more attention when they try a new page or application and give them the answers they need.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a very good program, you must accept it because it provides the best information about the users of your sites, with a professional group that provides the best information on what is really what we present in our web pages

Customers are almost always different when it comes to understanding what we offer, so it is necessary to have a tool that allows us to maintain good communication with them, manage relationships with potential customers and those we already have in our business portfolio, to avoid future controversies and misunderstandings as this could harm some businesses that with a better presentation would have materialized.

What do you like best?

The quality of the participants seems to be consistently excellent, I find myself rejecting FAR fewer videos than usertesting.com

What do you dislike?

Would have liked the ability to use more than one screener

The UI leaves something to be desired, it's not as easy to use as usertesting.com and it's much harder to save clips of videos

It helps us to gather relatively quick research about how people interact with client websites, uncovering insights into behaviour, the usability of the website, and understanding areas to improve

I am an incredibly particular person and I would definitely give those four stars believing that and all points that they try and every area to do the best that they had any suggestions that I would have would be. They would make things easier to understand and cleaner. thank you

What User Do is okay. You get paid the following month into your PayPal account and I have averaged about 2 or 3 reviews a month (£5 a review) so not a great deal of earning potential really just some thing to do if you have the spare time. My main criticism is that for mobile reviews it asks you to click on a link in an app as well as on the main computer screen so it can be confusing moving between screens (especially whey they are both shaped like a mobile phone). Also it can be glitchy, I failed a test because the link on the mobile app did not work and therefore could not record the screen despite the audio working.
