The Whatfix Studio UI is easy to use and provides a very rich feature set to drive product adoption—we're able to customize onboarding flows and add specific tooltips per tenant (account) and per user. Especially, the ability to identify specific elements in the product (we use AG grid which makes it tricky) is critical for us and Whatfix was the only tool among the ones evaluated that delivered that.
Their implementation is hands-on and well managed. Also, the continuous checkins and support from their team is great! Recently integrated GitBook (our knowledge base) based on their suggestion and this has made the user experience more contextual based on the action they're taking.
One area for improvement would be the learning curve with the functionalities related to identifying elements via CSS. Their support team was very quick in helping us here, and we do this by ourselves now, but the UX flow for this could be made easier.
We've been using the product for 2 years now and Whatfix is critical to onboarding our users and giving them a top experience. We're able to identify problem areas our users face, give suggestions to our engineers and also specific actions based on the analytics. Our engagement rates have really improved since Whatfix!

Whatfix has been an immeasurable help to reducing client support queries and giving them more confidence with using our features by Whatfix allowing multiple mediums - I'm loving that images can be inserted into smart tips, which makes help for complex processes easier at hand.

Visibility vs Display rules can get a bit technical, but Whatfix are constantly simplifying this, and the support team are always on hand with immediate assistance.

We are gradually building a library of tutorial videos, which we hope will give our clients more self-help options and save them and us the time to work through it together. The smart tips we have are already reducing client contacts regarding simple queries, which is great! Now that we can put images into these smart tips, they're even more useful.
The hands on support from our DAA made implementation painless. The strategy of continuing support after deployment ensures value creation and ROI and not just another tool implementation nobody uses. Keeping us updated on product development and cross application functions give me standing to scale our subscription and unify our scattered landscape of data, platforms, and digital tools. As a non tech person the tool is so easy to administer.
The new visual cues and whatfix hub solve my issues. I wish flow steps that are skipped didn't cause such a delay. We need a global "end flow" button as the only way to end a flow bc users keep x-ing out of steps instead of hitting next out of habit.

It is safe to say that we were able to achieve all the three objectives. More of the tool can still be used to do much more than that.
