Many benefits in one place. Hsa, cobra and FSA plans with one login.

Doesn't integrate well with Paylocity. Better with employee navigator

Cobra mgmt made simple.

What do you like best about WEX Benefits?

Since Wex is integrated with our payroll product- once set up is complete- its a nonissue to implement. Its peace of mind knowing that Cobra notices are going out seamlessly in the background.

What do you dislike about WEX Benefits?

The only problem we had was during the initial roll out- communication could have been better.

What problems is WEX Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wex is handling our Cobra administration. They ensure we stay Cobra compliant.

It makes managing and picking my benefits easier than it has historically been.

I wish it had even more options then it already does.

Love that the card could be added to digital wallet

What do you like best about WEX Benefits?

Wex was great for using my FSA. The app was fairly easy to navigate and I most especially loved adding the card to my digital wallet. Signing in was easy, and I greatly appreciated the graph of where specinding went.

What do you dislike about WEX Benefits?

Notifications regarding receipts due were sometimes lost, and figuring out where to add the reciept was difficult. I was annoyed that some of my doctors visits didn't register as auto-approved. If it was approved once, I wish it would have auto-approved moving forward.

What problems is WEX Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?

WEX made it easy for employees to access their FSA benefits. Without it, the lack of organization would have been astounding.

You can also check your WEX Balance by logging into your account.

It is also acceptable across the locations.

It doesn't have excellent customer support.

What do you like best about WEX Benefits?

I love that it comes with a card and that makes it very self explanatory to use.

What do you dislike about WEX Benefits?

Nothing! I think everything works well. It was super helpful and easy to uuse.

What problems is WEX Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has allowed me to use my health benefits clearly and know what is going on and track it instead of having to submit reimbursements.

Friendly service

What do you like best about WEX Benefits?

WEX provides great customer service. Helpful, friendly employer services representatives can answer my questions and provide resolution generally on the initial call.

What do you dislike about WEX Benefits?

I do not have any specific concerns about WEX. Seasonally they are busy during open enrollment periods but we all face the same challenges and have to be patient with vendors.

What problems is WEX Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?

WEX administers our FSA and HSA benefits.

Easy to use and great benefit!

What do you like best about WEX Benefits?

The freedom to be able to use this on so many different activities, items, or anything is just great! On top of everything, it is so easy to use with either direct payment or reimbursement.

What do you dislike about WEX Benefits?

Nothing so far. This has been great, and it's a bummer that I have to fill this space with the minimum characters because I really do not have negative things to say.

What problems is WEX Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?

This has allowed us to have benefits that we can utilize for whatever we see fit. Before we had specific benefits, but now, we have true freedom to be able to get whatever we want/need.

Wex Easy access across all devices, eligible for everyone even if they don't have a bank account

What do you like best about WEX Benefits?

.We use it for employees that don't have a bank account, so they can have a debit card to spend their funds anywhere

I don't really have too much to say, but It took us a little bit to set everything up

We used to print checks and fold it, but this was solved once we start using
