The WeThrive platform met our needs for conducting our employee engagement survey and was easy to set up with our company data. At the end of the survey, WeThrive gives Managers and executives access to an easy-to-use dashboard to review the results.
One downside is that we could not find a solution to collect demographic information inside of the survey to segment it - this was only an issue as our employee demographic data was not available for individual access.

It can be a bit tricky to pull some of the visual graphs in the right format.
The platform can be slow when your exporting large information and data.
Downloaded files aren't called after the filtered results so if you're downloading multiple documents, they often need to be renamed.
It is helping us to understand how our employees feel, what they would like to change and see how different areas of the organisation are responding to the survey. It also provides expert categories which have been developed through real science and psychology.
When looking for an employee experience option I was very impressed with WeThrive's offering. The team were supportive and patient in helping to establish the business case for the organisation and the unique selling point of the psychology. Our Account Manager has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process and I appreciate having the insights from my colleagues about what is working well and where we can improve.
Difficult to point out anything that I dislike about working with WeThrive; however I would recommend that the Pro option offered us the best value for money in terms of what we needed it to achieve.
WeThrive has given us an independent platform to discover insights from our colleagues across the business in a confidential and secure way. The psychological underpinning sets this product apart from our own 'home grown version' that I could ever attempt to do myself.
The resources for our team are great and the questionnaire is a fabulous way for us to check in with the team to make sure people are thriving

WeThrive is easy to use and follow, with great dashboards to analyse results. It doesn't just capture the data, it gives you a way to take actions forward to create meaningful change.
There is nothing I can think of that I would try to improve. The system is intuitive and the way you can access everything through a portal makes it easy to act on results.
We chose WeThrive because we wanted to get a better sense of how people across the business were feeling. Being in a hybrid working environment makes it harder for us to tune in to the needs of those around us. WeThrive is helping us identify those who need help - and provide the right help at the right time and in the right way.

Intuitive and easy to use. It comes from the perspective of the employee, vs. the organization - which is really what we want to know about, and our workforce wants us to know. Love the international lens/viewpoints. The WeThrive team has been fantastic in providing support and made the implementation so easy. We integrated the platorm with our HRIS, and got great support in doing that.
I don't know that its truly a dislike, but things that are on the roadmap are exciting and functionalities we are definitely interested in...we are ready now!
