"Very slick platform"
What do you like best?

The platform is very user friendly, really easy to navigate! We have had some positive feedback from both candidates and managers who have used the platform. The training provided prior to using the platform was excellent and enabled us to easily navigate and set up our first recorded interviews. We have also been able to interview candidates who live overseas who do not have access to other platforms. It's really great that candidates are able to use their smart phones and tablets rather than just their desktop.

What do you dislike?

I think that the platform is really user friendly and easy to use. There isn't really anything that I do not like about Wepow!

Really recommended. Very user friendly for both candidates and recruiters!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time and resource saving switching from telephone interviews to video interviews, able to re-review and share. Also allows us to live interview candidates over seas who do not have platforms such as Skype etc.

"Great way to put a face to a name"
What do you like best?

At work we use Wepow to interview potential volunteers. It's really to get a good grasp of their capabilities and personality from their application, so using Wepow to video interview the candidates is a great way to see the real people. You can adapt and change your questions and record comments for other interviewers to review. It has a clear categorization within the 'incomplete' folder to explain why the candidates haven't completed the interviews, i.e. bounced back, started but not completed.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that there is no archiving system. I want to review my candidates in batches and then file them away in a separate folder, but I was informed there is no way to do this yet.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use it for it's simplicity and the use of the app (interviewing on the go!)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving the mystery behind the volunteer applications. We get to save the volunteer answers and use them as evidence in case of any safeguarding concerns or miscommunication.

Benefits: the app makes it super easy to hired people, the clear platform, and most importantly the free analytics so you can track completion rates and intake.

Our main use is to help filter job applications so that we can find the right people before they come in for an in-person interview.

What do you like best?

Easy to use. I have not had an issue with the system so far. I would recommend it to any company who recruits large volumes on a day to day basis.

There is nothing I dislike about this system. It is very easy to use.

The simplicity of the platform coupled with the genuine interest and support from all at Wepow.

I would like to see more assessment integration.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are a lot of platforms out there that will try to oversell a product to you but cannot articulate the basics or the practical application of their tool. Great support from inception through to present with no additional sell and 100% dedicated support and empathy when needed. Truly a first class customer service and true partnership.

Better candidate engagement, greater brand amplification and reduced resource requirement.

What do you like best?

The ease of use at each hiring level. WePow makes it so simple to create the questions I want my candidates to see. They are constantly adding new formats and ways to screen different roles.

What do you dislike?

I would LOVE to see a more robust mobile experience. Currently you cannot chat with candidates through the app but the chat feature on PC is a LIFE SAVER!!!!

We were suffering from extreme turnover. WePow gave us the ability to jump start our hiring efforts to keep up with customer demand while retention rounded out. WePow has been by far our most utilized software vendor this year!

From me, that I don't have time to enter so often.

I think that I like don´t have to call the all candidates, I mean, is more effective send the interview with principal questions and could whatch interview before talk to them face to face

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the candidate takes a long time to responde the interview and we have to give them more days

It´s a good tool and we are very satisfied with the results

the principal problema that we resolved is that we don´t make come all candidates for interview, is more easy that we send the questions on wepow and then share with our hiring manager and they decided who has to come and who doesn´t
