WePay work in a very good and efficient manner. At this point of time i didn't find any kind of dislike in their services.

PROS: I like how their team works. Our account managers are known for being courteous and responsive. Even if I'm asking for things that are close to impossible, they were able to take my issue seriously. They even provided me with an alternative solution in case the current ones fail to work. WePay software has been collaborating with our team for 4 years now, and the partnerhip has been nothing but great.
CONS: Although this isn't really common, I was hoping if there's a solution to effetively manage multiple payment accounts at the same time. In scenarios where customers are dealing with more than one payment account simultaneously, it can be a pain setting up withrawals and KYC for every single one.
PROS: The current site that integrates everything including invoices and buttons is simply cool! They're smart for making use of an iframe in building a wrapper/portal to their site for securing a transaction involving credit card details. That basically means less work in your end. They've done a tremendous job making really worthy features so you can start chargining people with a wide range of payment needs. Their support is blazing ast and dependable.
CONS: What I don't like is how it's impossible to charge customers in an ongoing basis without having to send an invoice. Some customers I came across simply like to set it and forget everything else after that.

We currently have customers who have little experience with merchant payment processing, yet requiring processing of credit cards for fundraising auctions. The simplest solution we could ever come up with is setting them up with WePay. It makes things easier for our customer service reps and our customers.

PROS: I like how WePay goes on about their partnerships. They've done an incredible job offering support to their partners through tech assistance, education, and a great platform that lets merchants make payment. The holistic approach of the software to risk is amazing. They understand that not all solutions are dependent on algorithms and will obviously entail a qualified exper for every decision being made. Whenever I make a decision that doesn't favor them, they're not afraid to say spill their opinion.
CONS: There's a relatively small percentage of cards found in our merchant base that will likely be ignored when getting them processed via WePay. But such similar effort on the same card can be processed successfully by means of another gateway. This can be done right after being declined through WePay.
