Welcome is an amazing platform that takes the best of Zoom and broadcasting systems like OBS or Ecamm and puts them together. This product is a lightweight and easy platform to quickly elevate your virtual and hybrid events. Speaker management, overlays, videos, and sound are a breeze. Very user friendly and has some wonder data and stats built into the platform. You even get a landing page for your event where you can host a recording of it. Customer support is also amazing!

The only think I would request is the ability to have live translators in different audio channels similar to Zoom. However you can use Interprify for a live CC option which is helpful.

Elevating the overall look no feel of virtual events. In one click I can put in lower thirds, overlays, backgrounds, or videos.

The team at Welcome has built an amazing platform that makes both planning and attending a webinar fun. The back end is like a true production studio, and the pricing plans are meant to scale with our needs. The customer support is amazing to work with, the implementation was smooth, and producers and presenters find it easy to use. We have prospects asking us what we are using because they are so interested in it. They have a fan, for sure.

Not a lot to dislike. We have had some glitches with file refreshes, but the support team has been helpful and able to fix as needed.

Welcome is extremely user-friendly when it comes to launching new webinars for our brand. From spinning up registrations pages, producing the actual event, to post-event production of clips we can use on social media, the team at Welcome has made it fool-proof at every step.

No major dislikes at this point. It seems like every time we go to launch a new event, there are more features that has been added. They are innovating quickly to make Welcome a really robust platform.

Welcome provides our small marketing team with an easy to use platform to manage our virtual events that takes very little "lift".

The Welcome team has cracked the code on making webinars FUN AGAIN! Their platform allows for a highly interactive and entertaining experience for our users and attendees alike. The Welcome platform keeps our audience engaged and excited about the webinar.

After the webinar is over, we get real time analytics and can easily create evergreen assets from the recording. The overlays, CTAs, and customizable backgrounds really stand out and make our webinars a unique experience.

No downsides come to mind. With any software, there are always ways to make the platform better, and the Welcome team is always encouraging us to provide feedback.

Welcome is such a neat platform. Most importantly, it was easy to see how Welcome's features and functionality could be used for both our organization's standard and sometimes unique needs. Secondly, their team is phenomenal. I've felt really supported every step of the way no matter who I was working with. They've all been kind and thoughtful, often going the extra mile to set us up for success. They feel like true partners in the work which is appreciated because we have a small team focused on this effort.

I can't think of anything significant. There is an investment upfront to learn the platform because it is a bit more involved than the platforms most of us use on a daily basis for our virtual meetings. However, Welcome is intuitive and their team is always supportive every step of the way from 1:1 trainings, to demos for team members without licenses to real time help during events and even being proactive to check-in about future events.

We have members spread across the country and we do not host a national conference as a means to gather those members, so virtual is the way to go for us. For years, it was a struggle when we thought of the value that in-person events hold and how to best translate that value for our limitations. Welcome allows us to host virtual events that have many elements that feel like we're in-person. One example is the chat feature which allows people to interact in a more personal way. It's almost like bumping into someone in the hallway at a conference.

The quality of the audio/video, the ease of use (Google login on registration pages!) , and the engaging features. Makes it not just a regular old webinar. Its differences really set it apart.

Nothing! As far as future iterations go, I would like to see a payments feature added.

It's much more enjoyable to use than GTW or Zoom.

1-too many topics at the same time-everything all at same time, yet the special review package you could buy was intrigueing.

2-be nice to have a 3-5second review feature to rehear a word or phase during the live feed.

Our support team and onboarding was fantastic. That made producing events much easier. The platform itself continues to evolve with more and more features to make the experience great for attendees, producers, and speakers.

Not a lot to list here. Any issue you have with the platform goes to the product improvement team for review and possible integration into an upcoming release.

We host virtual and hybrid meetings without the issues of a typical Zoom or Teams multi-person call. With all video streaming and shares coming from a cloud server rather than the local machine, performance is amazing.

We most recently used Welcome for a hybrid event with 500 people in person and 100+ attending virtually. Using welcome as the platform for both in-person and virtual attendees leveled the playing field and made the people attending virtually feel like they were getting the same experience as those in the room. Being this was a large event that we wanted to make sure ran smoothly, we reached out to the Welcome team, and they were extremely helpful in walking through our event ahead of time and also made themselves available over the weekend while we were testing in case anything came up.

Welcome is constantly evolving the product and adding features, the team is super receptive to feedback and gets to work right away on any changes or critiques that may come up.

Better experience for our internal meetings and events.
