Improved Team Communication, Employee Recognition, Ease of Use, Performance Tracking
Repetitive Questions, Limited Reporting Functionality, Occasional Technical Issues, inflexible Reporting Structure
Weekly10 is generally well-received by users, who appreciate its ease of use, integration with Microsoft Teams, and ability to facilitate regular check-ins and feedback. Users find it helpful for tracking progress, giving recognition, and addressing issues promptly. While Weekly10 is praised for its simplicity, some users find the recurring questions repetitive and wish for more nuanced reporting and data capture.

the prompts and access through teams makes it quicker and easier to engage
sometimes the questions aren't relevant to that week
ensures regular check ins with my manager, and give me the opportunity to formally appreciate colleagues
How quick and easy it is to use, very user friendly, it intergrates with microsoft teams seamlessly.
Nothing comes to mind. Potentially would like to fill in on mobile unaware of app?
A weekly touch base with line manager which is quick and effective
It does exactly what it says on the tin - gives you the chance to check in weekly on how you're feeling and how the week has been, and literally takes just 10 minutes. And we can all find 10 minutes....!
Very little - it just seems to work! I can't find an app for it in the Google Play store, so this woudl be a great addition if it were possible?
It's making the annual appraisal process so much easier - it becomes a simple, weekly thing, rather than a big, daunting annual thing
I like that it is a weekly check in where I can update my line manager on progress and she can then respond when she reviews it. It is useful particuarly if we don't manage to have a 1:1 that week.
Sometimes it takes longer than 10 minutes for me to complete however I think this is largely down to the fact that I am quite detail orientate so perhaps include more than is absolutely required!
We have just set it up as a place for our annual reviews - this is good because it is all in one place and no longer paper based, there are options for sending prompts to remind people to complete each stage etc
It is also really good for line managers to keep a check on how their team are feeling
chance to reflect on the previous week and a forum to give feedback
some questions not relevant to me, sometimes dont feel able to be completely honest
how to feedback to manager re state of play
The structure of the questions is helpful in reflecting on your work week, focusing on your successes and challenges. The ability to shout out your colleagues is a nice way to thank them for any support or help on projects. I've not been in the business long enough yet however, as someone who struggles with putting together annual reviews this is a really helpful tool as you can go back through responses and try to understand any trends or gaps as well as wins. Lastly the ability to creat goals and sub goals is great to ensureany over-arching projects are on track or needing more time. I'm looking forward to continue using it to track my own development.
It would be nice to have a mix of questions rather than the same each week. I also fidn it quite hard to quantify my level of challenge and mental wellbeing on a scale of 1-10, this may be something we can customise out and something I will raise with the team. A little UI issues, I find that in Dark mode some of the pop-ups or texts are hard/ impossible to read. Also the search funtion when shouting out colleagues can be a little fiddly to get the right person.
It is helping managers, especially of hybrid and virtual team, to be able to have an understanding of where their team is at. It's bringing in a well needed struture to feedback in teams and from a user perspective it's helping colleagues keep on top of their own development and growth with it.
It is useful to highlight strengths, weaknesses & commit yourself to professional development & upskilling.
Sometimes there are a few to many questions, some more valuable than others.
Its allowing me to think more deeply about my role.
Talking about the highs and the low's that is what I like a lot about the weekly 10. It is not only about your successes but also how you can improve as a person overall
Nothing at all, it keeps my on track weekly to focus on my goals for the week and what I accomplished and then also look at the week ahead and see what I can achieve
Solving how I can be a better leader each and every week. I want to get better and the weekly 10 helps me achieve that goal week by week
Not only its simple and easy to use, its also very fun doing it along the way. The layout is very clear and is a great way of tracking your progress on a weekly basis and would also clear display which weeks you have missed out.
Sometimes its easy to miss out on a particular week and when the reminders arrive to complete a Weekly10, it can be confusing which week it is for, would be nice to get a week commencing date for which it is referring to.
Weekly10 helps keep me in track my work progress on a weekly basis and it greatly benefits me as I could analyse which weeks my performance was good. As a collection effort from myself and my team, it has greatly improved the performance overall as a business as it allows individuals across the business to recognise and appreciate efforts of individuals working in different departments. Also in my one2ones with my Team Manager, Weekly10 allows me to work on any arears where improvement is needed.

Super easy to write up my weekly reviews in a timely manner. The integration with teams makes this even easier and the privacy options are fantastic, allowing me to manage exactly who can see my feedback and write-ups.
It feels limited in terms of the statistics & data it captures. I find that MIcrosoft Viva does a much better job of tracking daily mood and overall wellness which could be imporved upon in the future.
It provides me with a quick and easy way to round up my week for my line managers.
It also allows me to ensure that personal feedback can be submitted to my line managers in a way that I know it will be noticed and documented.
