Weekdone is one of the good tools for Planning and Tracking Objectives of your team in a Company. Weekdone is well suited for Project Managers or Program Managers for setting up weekly tasks for their Team structure.

-It also improves Team Improvement by making sure weekly to quarterly goals are met. This makes every individual to work towards Company's vision.

-Track weekly progress, provide feedback, and move everyone in a unified direction. I helps build a more productive and efficient company.

-It helps in setting Quarterly Objectives for the Team

-Tracking Project Overall progress (in terms of Update and Completion)

-It identifies Tracking Items, Feedback, issues and complaints from Team Members by sorting it out which is very important for the smooth progress of the ongoing Project

- A Survey rating by Employees that are currently assigned to the Project in terms of Work Satisfaction, Spirit, Energy Level, Work Life Balance etc is significant to the Management by addressing them at the earliest in case of any negative feedbacks.

Though Weekdone has Free version for the users to access and maintain upto 2 Team Members. Pricing for the Upgrade plans are expensive for maintaning 3 or more members.

Weekdone is focusing on the individual Efforts and Productivity. Meeting the target by the utilizing the available resources in which the the Project is setup. Any impediments can be notified to the Management once the Team Member updates in the Team Report. This is highly crucial in a Project to carry a hundred percent success in completion and closing it.

It was previously challenging for me to track my tasks, Weekdone is now solving this issue.

By far that Weekdone can integrate with a range of other tools, including Slack, Asana, Trello, and more. This allows teams to streamline their workflow and work more efficiently.

Not dislike but more like room for improvement, while Weekdone does integrate with a range of other tools, there may be some that are not supported. This can be a limitation for teams that rely heavily on specific tools for their workflow.

Ease of use, It is easy for our team to go in and track their progress within any and all OKRs! It also helps our team understand what a great O, KR, and initiative look like through their scoring mechanism.

It can be time consuming to get completely set up with the OKRs and tag those responsible for the KR etc. As we use it more, however this is taking less time and others are able to contribute solid OKRs!

Once you get through the initial setup of the OKRs the process is simple, quick and amazing service!

We are tracking our global and localized OKRs and Initiatives, It has been so easy and compliments a global team well.

It's clear to use and understand. If you ever get stuck, weekdone invests heavily into coaching and assisting its userbase.

I LOVE the immediate feedback I get as I'm creating OKRs. Weekdone tells me immediately if I'm on the right track or if I need to be more specific, and lets me organize my initiatives under each specific KR. Can it get any better?

I was unsuccessful in integrating Weekdone with my other organizational and PM tools and could not find any acceptable solutions online. Not enough to stop me from using Weekdone for planning.

As someone new to OKRs, it has taken time to get into the rhythm and structure of writing, tracking, and staying on top of our progress regularly. Weekdone makes it easy with email updates and an intuitive user interface.

The Team at Weekdone is excellent, and always available across geographies, especially since the project had a large impact to the business. therefore, there was pressure to implement quickly.

They allowed us to make informed decisions at each juncture.

Would have been better if the UX design included different colour options.

As stated earlier - Weekdone separates itself from the others because of its customer service

The key difference in implementing OKR's was the support of the good people at weekdone.

They successfully took complete ownership of complex problems and quickly solved it.

We are all well aware of the need of having OKR's hence not talking about that in this forum.
