The platform offers robust features like video interviews, custom branding, advanced proctoring, analytics, and technical screening, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.

It integrates well with major ATS and LMS solutions, offering seamless integration and data management through an API.

What I like the most is their AI Copilot which generates a test question depending upon the candidate's proficiency and experience. We generally tailor the test to check the skills that we need in our product and also the skills that the candidate has acquired while working in other companies. It ensures that candidates can not pass standard tests from one to another as the test is completely fine-tuned to the candidate's profile.

We have not come across anything to dislike yet. In fact, they have solved the huge problem of screening the candidates and providing a complete suite to interview candidates remotely.

WeCP addresses the challenge of accurately assessing technical skills and competencies in recruitment processes. Its large and evolving test library focuses on contemporary digital skills, keeping pace with industry needs.

Everyone in our team loves their AI Copilot. It has made hiring much easy as we can tailor our tests based on candidate experience and skills.

You can tell by their name that they are witty people. Not only they have a great tool, their people are fun to work with. We are so glad that we found them.

There are no problems other than the ones they create, lol. Their roadmpa has everything we could ask for and more so all good there.

Our requirements change based on which position are we hiring for. They offer a variety of modules to take care of this.

The screening process solution is very handy, easy to create technical tests, and evaluate candidates and screenings. I like the ATS integration feature.

I dont find anything that i dislike, it has solved my technical hiring issues.

It has streamlined all our technical hiring processes, It has also integrated our existing tools, so overall it has automated most of our hiring process.

The best thing about WeCP is the time it is saving us on hiring. The recruitment process is typically very time-consuming, especially in technical fields. With WeCP we have been able to eliminate a lot of the manual tasks in the hiring process and we are able to move from one round to the other much faster.

I also like that it gives us more control during online tests through its AI-driven proctoring feature. So we can ensure everyone is playing fair. With many roles being remote these days, having a way to ensure the integrity of our tests is maintained is very important.

There's nothing much to dislike really. But we'd love to have a chat option during interviews. The team seems to be working on it and we hope to see it live soon.

WeCP is making the recruitment and talent assessment process a lot more streamlined for us. We can almost complete the entire process on one platform and don't have to rely on multiple tools. Also, we can rest assured that the tests are fair and only deserving candidates make it through.

Definitely one of the fastest ways to hire a candidate with technical skills (DevOps, engineering, Data science etc)

Thinking about it, I don't think I had any problem or issue per se. Definitely this platform needs more visibility.
