I had a problem in updating my WebStarts website. It was on a weekend, and I finally emailed WebStarts with my problem. Over the course of the next few days, I kept working on it and used the "help" articles on the WebStarts site. I was eventually able to figure things out with these articles. A representative did get back to me, but the help articles had enabled me to solve the problems.

I won’t use any other platform now
Websters support is by far, one of the best support team I’ve worked with. I’ve used other companies and am now loyal to using webstarts. I’ve used them for personal and business now and they offer easy to understand step by step guides thru video and they respond quickly to technical questions for support.
