Aaron walked me through the procedure for setting up a new domain and redirecting from the old address to the new. He did an event job explaining everything and answered so of my questions.

I had a problem in updating my WebStarts website. It was on a weekend, and I finally emailed WebStarts with my problem. Over the course of the next few days, I kept working on it and used the "help" articles on the WebStarts site. I was eventually able to figure things out with these articles. A representative did get back to me, but the help articles had enabled me to solve the problems.

Websters support is by far, one of the best support team I’ve worked with. I’ve used other companies and am now loyal to using webstarts. I’ve used them for personal and business now and they offer easy to understand step by step guides thru video and they respond quickly to technical questions for support. I highly recommend them for new and experienced users.
