They will write for you the custom web transaction scripts you need at no extra cost.
You pay for what you use only, no prepaid plans
24/7 live customer support

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting up targets looks overwhelming at first with so many options but when using the wizzards, everyting becomes much clearer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I get alerted when my website is down, so I can check where the problem is and stop my ads till the site is up again.
I get alerted when any of the log-in processes go wrong, so we can fix it before users get frustrated.

My thoughts about using WebSitePulse

PROS: It is a suitable aid for website monitoring regardless of my location. It lets me do it with a small one-minute interval, then it instantly sends me alerts whenever bugs and errors are traced. This is important for managing my ad subscriptions on critical instances, such as when my site fails to function well.

CONS: It took me a while to figure out how to set a target, back when I’m still new with the tool. It is a good thing, however, that the customer support has helped me sort things out proficiently. After resolving the problem with their guidance, I haven’t encountered the same problem since then.

What do you like best about WebSitePulse?

I can choose to monitor my websites from multiple locations in interval frequency as low as 1 minute and get alerted on error detection. That allows me to stop the ads I pay for if any of my sites is unreachable.

What do you dislike about WebSitePulse?

Initially I was a little bit confused with setting up my first target, but after consulting with the customer support I got that going on and had no problems with the rest of my targets’ configuration.

What problems is WebSitePulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

We love accessing the tools when we need the Stats fast. We come to rely on them more and more everyday.
