It is very easy to create website, even a school kids can create website with the help of Website.com, i wold say BUSINESS Plan in the best plan for me.
they don't have much options for background. if i want to compare website.com then i think wix or godady is much better and cheaper with lot of options.
i would suggest to use free plan before u buy it.
i didnt solve any problems.
I like how easy it is and how I can play around with templates from a vast variety of templates that are provided in the catalog and then go ahead and customize it to my use case.
If I could get some help in understanding how the particular feature could be connected to a specific backend system to call api and then do the backend processing will help alot.
Go ahead and use it, it is very user friendly for building wireframe designs as a starter
I was trying to build a UI for my internal project reseach related to demostrate the use cases and the processing so that the generic user can interact with the website and hence ingest the data.
It is a very easy building block from a website builder. Anyone without the knowledge of building a website or UI can end up building a very swift working website in a short period.
The integration and pricing could be improved a little. I wanted to host the website on a hybrid cloud platform, and thus it was a little complicated with less documentation available.
You can start working on an easy cloud integration for the webstie that is developed on the portal
I was trying to build a UI for my NLP backend application, where I did not have much proficiency with the UI development but website.com helped me a very interactive website without much of a hassle.
easy to use and easy to get a free domain
not too many complaints. I dont think that anything is really missing
I would recommend it because it was easy to use and clean cut designs
I was able to design a website using templates that were user friendly and creative
The most easy way for a beginner to create a website from scratch. Absolutely no coding knowledge is needed. All one need to do so to drag and drop appropriate themes buttons and functionality and voila the website is ready to be published.
The only downside of their service is that there is no email marketing tools integrated within their plans. It would be great if they could allow export of data to other marketing tools to target clients.
The main use of availing their premium service is more storage data compared to the free plan and premium support to design our own website. Large number of design templates are present and online store builder is awesome to use.
That Website.com gives the option to integrate with Tolstoy and has good customer support in case you don't understand how to navigate forward
Little hard to figure out on your own, but good documentation provided and customer support can help you
I think it is still a very trivial model, needs more work and wider features and ease of integration with new features.
I like toast easy it was to use and i liked how efficient it was. The website builder was simple and effective. I love how beautiful my website is.
I disliked how the pricing of the service is structured. It can be confusing and get expensive if you want to make certain changed.
I recommend going for their basic package.
We solved our issue of having a broken website, now our company has a great working site that looks beautiful. We have seen our sales grow as a result.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I've been forced to retire my business so I no longer needed my website. Because I had a yearly subscription, I assumed the auto renewal date would be exactly a year after I signed up. Life was getting in the way so I ignored the renewal reminder email because of this assumption, but then later found out I missed the cancellation window.
I emailed their support in a panic, and William was kind enough to explain to me that all subscription payments are pro-rated so the billing cycle always ends on the last day of the month, so my subscription was renewed. Although I was not eligible for a refund, they made an exception and went ahead and refunded my subscription renewal with just a small refund processing fee. Well, lesson learned, I will certainly read my emails in the future, but I'm grateful to William for helping me get most of my money back, especially during such a stressful time in my life. Although I am not a customer anymore, I would not hesitate to go back to Website.com the next time I need a website!
