This works great and doesn't slow down your PC. I recommend Webroot Business Endpoint to all my clients. I can monitor all PC from a dashboard and take action if needed. Been using this software for years.

I can't think of a thing that I dislike.

Keeping PCs free of viruses, malware and ransomware.

Client light on resouces and powerfull management console.

Sometimes console doesn't update as quickly.

It's a good, lightweight Endpoint protection solution. I can't stress this enough. It's not a resource hog, like some of the competition.

Computers boot faster than with previous solution. No virus infections.

It's good to be pro-active in today's digital environment. I feel safer using Webroot Endpoint Security and I manage to see tangible and measurable results concerning the security issues of the endpoints of my network. The cloud platorm is an easy to use tool, that provides access to all endpoints, thus making management easier and faster. I also use the alerting tools for instant notifications concering events and security issues.

Since using it the best thing about it is how easy it is to use and setup.

Cant seem to think of anything yet it just runs smoothly and not run into any issues

Webroot does not tax the local system resources to run; it's constantly monitoring the environment and even integrates with the browser to inform users with trust levels of search results.

As an end user, nothing about the setup or operation has caused any issues. Don't see any need for improvement.

Webroot secures the company's assets from malware, ransomware, and other viruses to mitigate intrusions.

After surviving a ransomware attack by being protected by Webroot I have a high confidence in the product.

I had a hard time trying to purchase more licenses. I had to wait for my renewal period to expire.

Easy management and minimal intervention

Webroot not only keeps us secure, IT Company, but also helps keep all of our clients secure from potential threats.

Downsides, can sometimes block little things that are not threats but always good to be on the safe side.

I use both the Home and Business versions of this product, so I get to see both sides of this product. I will mostly focus on the business product in this review, as they both share similar protection but the business product gets more features.

I love the speed of the product, along with how lightweight it is on your computer. It does not interfere with the PC's speed too much, unlike other AVs. It is easy to install and forget about, as it silently works away in the background. I have used it for years, and I haven't had any issues with false positives. This product working in tandem with their DNS protection provides a great corporate experience as you can control what websites people can go on, you can add websites to a blacklist or a whitelist if you wish to make exceptions.

The business management portal works nicely and allows you configure all the options Webroot gives you in its program and being able to control it all centrally is a big bonus too, stopping end users messing with it.

The things I dislike about Webroot are: The interface for the program itself is old looking, it could do with a design refresh. The Identity Protection system has broken Chrome/Edge in the past, multiple times, which has caused many frustrating problems on our end and for the customer, it has not been a problem for about a year now, but has been an annoyance for a couple of years.

Other than those main problems, I cannot think of anything major with what is wrong with webroot.

They have solved the problem with slow Anti-Viruses, no longer do customers complain about when their AV does a scan, nor do they complain about how long the scan takes either. Webroot completes its scans within about 5 or 10 minutes on the systems we provide, whereas with our previous AV, these scans took longer than an hour.

Being able to stop the end user messing with the settings has been a blessing, as we know what configuration the endpoint is at all times.

The most helpful aspect of Webroot Business Endpoint Protection is how easy it is to use once it's rolled out. Work with your IT team to put any exceptions in place and once done, you have an endpoint protection tool which gives you and your company confidence.

At this moment, I am yet to find any dislike's with the product. I've used it at 2 companies personally and also managed it for my clients. Being on both sides allows me to see all aspects of the product and I am happy with both.

Security is a very hot topic in the world of IT. Webroot Business Endpoint Protection solves the need for an accurate and reliable endpoint protection product. It benefits the business by keeping the infrastructure secure with little to no downtime and very little setup hassle.

We started to use and develop Webroot to our customer less than 1 year ago. We are moving them expecially from Trend Micro (enterprise client) or Kaspersky/Norton (for small organisation). We have almost finished this switch off. Plenty of satisfaction, easily way to deploy the agents and monitoring all the "bad" activities of the end users. . . That's make us really happy because we are now able to be pro-active in front of our customers . I want also to spend few word about the support / help desk : fantastic , reactive and professional. Next step will be to start with the DNS protection

To be honest sometimes we have some difficulties in understanding how to updated the software exception (false positive) and a lot of time with some dedicate software , especially in the healty business, we till need to have the assistant of the support team

Easily way to deploy, expecially thanks to the Group Policy. Customers are happy because the agent is really light but expecially we love it beacuse it is an MSP oriented solution .
