For us, the best part is that our webinar viewers don't have to download software. That makes it easier to get everyone connected.
Our only main issue with webinato is that we sometimes have connection issues. Their support insists that it could be our internet connection. That might be true, but we can never quite tell or firmly resolve.
We use webinato for webinars. We are able to pre-record sections of the webinar.

How webinato was easy to be a close webinar
Everything else, how hard is to make it work, how I need to teach every single person to use , how bad was the login system, recording quality etc
Zoom is easier and faster
I moved away because was too much time consuming
PROS: Easy to set up and learn to use. The install time and process is fairly quick.
CONS: This software has huge software issues that have existed for 8 years now. The first time I used this software was in early 2012. The issues I experienced back then still exist in 2019. #1 The built in PowerPoint component always messes up transitions and crashes lines of text into other lines of text. PP transitions always have to be rebuilt to correct this issue with omnovia. Uploading your PP file to the server, so it is streamed directly from the server to the attendees, to improve video quality is great idea. But, the glitches make it a big failure. #2 Huge artifacts are created/seen by the customers when moving windows across the screen, or scrolling a software window from side to side. The frame rate is horrible by today's webinar standards. The two main issues listed above create a very bad experience for customers. I've used many webinar and video sharing platforms. Webinato (Omnovia) is on the bottom of the list for quality. Thankfully I only use Omnovia when hosted by another company.

The best thing about this platform is the ease of use that it delivers. The flow of everything is just so intuitive.
The only downside is occasionally you run into a few people who might have flash player issues.
