Because of Webz we are more productive in solving problems related to:
1. Data extraction on blogs, discussions and articles
2. Mention coverage
3. Review site extraction
Webz provides Quick Turn-around-time as well as prompt response from support team.
Prioritisation among a priority level is something that Webz should include in coming updates.

One source for all the data I need. I don't need to write multiple bots to pull data from different websites, this makes my work more efficient. The customer success team is also very helpful and tries to understand your use case and how best to leverage the data. I like the fact that you can add websites that you want monitored to their list and that gets added in a few hours to their crawl.
So far we've pulled in a lot more noise than we expected. However, this might just be a function of how we are writing our queries. Our philosophy is more is better than less. On the other hand the customer success team is helping us tailor our queries to get more focused results.
