Easy to use and search for the right canadite.

I dislike the mainly only younger users are using way up.

First thing is mobile application.Takes required data of a student and suggests the matching employers and stands as industry leader for them

Non transparency in terms of genuine employers

I don't have direct benefit, have heard from others that it reduces the time of searching for the right employer based on their skills

One of the best job search platform

What do you like best about WayUp?

I am fond of selecting algorithms for the listed jobs. Most of them are up scale and fit your expirations.

What do you dislike about WayUp?

I would say it could be more available applicants, but the platform focuses on quality not quantity.

Focus on high level jobs. It can take a while since the volumes of vacancies are pretty low and it doesn't attract too many people.

Searching part time experts for the project.

Has all the right tools but still falls short

What do you like best about WayUp?

I like the idea of being able to hire recent graduates or college students looking for an internship. The interface is wonderful and the ability to search through resumes is awesome.

What do you dislike about WayUp?

We had low engagement from potential employees. We utilized our 40 outbound messages and got very few responses.

Recommendations to others considering WayUp?

I imagine this is a great option for bigger companies looking for fresh talent in emerging fields. For seasonal work, even on the higher end, it did not meet our needs.

What problems is WayUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have moved on from WayUp. It seems like a great 'career' solution. I work in the high-end camping industry and it was not suited for us for good recruitment.
