They respond to issues or suggestions super fast. They are very pleasant and easy to work with and everyone we have worked with has been very knowledgeable about configuring the software. The software does exactly what we need it to and is customizable as needed.

Searching within the software is a little un-intuitive, but there are some default search options you can set up to make this process much better. Once they are set up, they are good to go and relatively easy to use.

Making report writing easier and more streamlined, attaching customer specifications in projects, and enabling us to add in formulation information. They are working with us to increase workflow and productivity overall.

The LIMS captures all our test data and produces an automated report. Since some of our equipment is older, we use Excel as the intermediate software for exporting. Operators are comfortable in the software for checking what test they are supposed to run and whether their exported data entered correctly. User-friendly software.

There is more flexibility to the automation of the software than we take advantage of. We have plans for advancing our use of the software in the future.

As new tests are developed, we arrange the data for import to LIMS. Our report writing has advanced in presentation and become automated. We have more plans for the future for bar-coding, real-time status updates on the customer portal, etc.

We transitioned from a very dated previous LIMS system. Wavefront LIMS allows our Company to streamline test data and reporting. The system is much more user friendly for our users and the customer support is incredible if we do have questions or run into any issues. In the future we hope to begin automating our data entry between Wavefront and our test equipment.
