Walnut has changed our sales business. Walnut allows us to show our Veeam Powered M365 Back-up tool Cirrus, without having to do demos for our "run rate" business saving us time and money. It allows customers to see our great UI without having to do a demo. It has had a massive impact on our sales as our sales have increased by around 60% since we bought Walnut with less resources. I can't recommended this tool for SaaS software businesses.

Extremely easy to use. The platform is very intuitive and not much more complicated than putting together a deck on Google Slides. That said, there are a number of ways you can further customize the "stories" you create.

While not a steep learning curve at all, it did take a little bit of time to get used to dragging-and-dropping certain things, or getting my head around all the different bells and whistles you can employ to make your story pop.

There isn’t much. Their subscriptions are affordable and the support is great on the rare occasion that an issue occurs. I have had a hiccup here and there when making demos (on an M1 Macbook mind you) but this hasn’t worried me.
