PROS: For most systems, you will not get the kind of customer service Wagepoint has. The responsive is amazing with a 5 minutes maximum wait before you get a representative to help you out. They do not just look to solve your issue and move on, they help you succeed in using the tool for your payroll needs. In the process, you get to learn more about the product and save time due to the fast response you get for the issues you have.
CONS: Issues will always be there but it is how they are addressed, which either will keep you interested, or think of switching to another product. For Wagepoint, they have their customers’ queries in check. Every situation or difficulty you face will not only be addressed in full but also within a short period. With that said, I did not find anything I did not like about the product.
PROS: It has allowed me to process and manage payroll for multiple companies with many employees. I can do this within a short time which makes work easier. For example, I manage payroll for about 7 clients with more than 30 employees which takes me lesser time as compared to other payroll systems. With such speed, I can find value in this product. Also, it enhances payment of the relevant tax to the CRA remittances for our clients.
CONS: It is a great tool with great user experience. Since we run an accounting agency, our clients depend on us to make sure that their payroll is up to date. Until now, I have not seen anything negative about the product as it makes our accounting simple and hassle-free and thus happy clients.

It is easy to get around the product and thus there is no learning curve. The customer service beats all as it is highly responsive and helpful when you face problems using the product. You get all the help you need and more to help you make the best use of the tool.
CONS: There are no negative things or experiences about the product. It works fine. However, they can do better in terms of navigating from one employee to the next. In this case, when you want to go to another employee in the same module, it takes you to the main list. This can be time consuming and disappointing. The developers can work on this for future upgrades of the product.

It is very user-friendly and easy to learn. It was also very easy to implement in my organization because of how simple the system was. The training was seamless. This software is used monthly and we are able to manage numerous payrolls using this. It has also integrated well with our vacation and leave management system. There are a number of features: payroll management, leave management, salary increase, PAYE and NIC payments, payslips etc. I have never had to the need to reach out to customer support because of how easy the system is to maneuver.
