3D environments with interactivity provide opportunities for memorable moments that make people feel like they had a real experience.

It isn't always easy to program custom experiences inside the platform.

Clients want a virtual experience that is more interesting and immersive than the Zoom meetings they participate in all the time.

The flexibility in the platform. And as close to IRL you can get in a digital world. And you feel safe that the technical part will work, and you can focus on your stuff (content etc.)

Don't really dislike anything about Vvenues, but if you're having a minor event, the platform might be a little bit costly. And to make it perfect, it would be nice to have full access to the visitor data in real-time (you get it afterward, so you do get the data).

Professional team that will do everything to fulfill your requirements and needs. And will give the attendees a great user experience, almost as in IRL.

We now have a platform and ready-to-go concept for our bigger webinars/digital events and we have an effective set-up for the future.

As an attendee of many large scale virtual events, this would be my first pick because of vVenues nice user experience, good networking possibilities i.e P2P chat and video chat, exhibition booths.

There is not much to dislike here. Maybe a meeting booker integration.

The ability to meet our suppliers virtually and sustainably. We are looking to reduce our global footprint this will help.

I can highly recommend this vVenues solution, I think they've nailed it!

Capturing the atmosphere from a congress with large audience sessions, if not better thanks to the high audience interaction;

seminars; engaging smaller panel tracks; hang-out areas that actually work. And really cool way of actually capturing the brand expression and feeling throughout.

Definitely going to look into this for our company going forward.

I'm hoping this is the future instead of standard kick-offs and fairs.

No, nothing that I can think of at this point. I've only been a participant so far, but would like to orgnaise a partner-event or internal kick-off using this platform

This is the only platform you need, it has everything for having your online event or live stream etc. The benefits are that it´s an all-inclusive platform

The overall experience is very high profile and has a professional experience for the attendees, Vvenues is just the kind of fully digital version of an event/fair/expo you would want to offer to your customers or staff.

Going digital has many advantages as you can reach a lot of people who otherwise might not be able to travel/attend a f2f event. As an example, you can invite all the salespeople from a company instead of maybe just a few. You will miss the small talk between sessions when grabbing coffee, so important to have a plan for that.

I am impressed by the intuitive design and the many ways to interact, network, and engage in vVenues. I think the looks of the platform give excellent branding opportunities, and with the many different rooms, you get the feeling that you meet and greet as if you were attending a physical event. Another advantage is that you can mix lots of pre-recorded content with live-streamed scenes to create an exciting and dynamic event program that the attendees can pick and choose from depending on interest and time.

I see many opportunities with the platform and honestly cannot find things to dislike. I think vVenues is over-performing the other options I have come across, and the team is very responsive to suggest solutions and add new features. They continuously improve the platform, and I am looking forward to upcoming releases.

With vVenues, we moved to digital meetings “3.0” during the pandemic. By using the platform, we have created an impressive digital home for our annual award CMO of the Year. In an exciting way, we gathered our previous content (previous winners in a Hall of Fame, finalist interviews, information about the competition, etc.) as well as created a festive setting for the digital awards ceremony along with other informational content for this year's theme and a sophisticated partner lounge. We gathered a larger crowd than with an IRL event and have participants from all over Sweden and internationally. We can now give these types of events a longer life span, where many people logged in and took part of the content afterward. Furthermore, I can create more and new opportunities for sponsor activations and engagement over time.

I also think that the platform provides excellent opportunities for networking online, hence speed meetings, one-2-one meetings, small networking rooms, etc. These elements strengthen the feeling of an IRL meeting even though you participate online.

Love the platform - and the best part is how you, as an audience, can engage in the virtual event experiences. Such as the breakout sessions and other feautures.

Especially in the pandemic world, this helps us to get closer with eachother with all the fantastic features that vVenues can help out with.

The many creative features and different ways to interact together with the appealing design. The user experience is above all expectations.

The systen is very well thoughtthrough, have no specific features or functions to comment.

The team working with vVenues are very customer-oriented and developed our idea with our last conference to a much higher level. It's not only a system, the team really delivers ideas that lifts the overall experience.

As a nationally company for both customers and staff, vVenus gives us the possibility to meet and have events on a more regular basis than when we meet psycially. More people are attending our digital events than physically and we are able to invite a larger amount of people to the digital events.

Very useful platform with lots of options to choose work with. Liked the design and layout and haven´t found the same options with other suppliers.

I had a hard time finding anything missing.

We could have a full virtual event with different "rooms" and activities, including artist performances. And of course we saved money since we did not have a physical venue.
