The ease of shapping for end-users saves critical task time. The autopmation provided through AI, automatic PO matching, and cXML invoicing saves critical time for the accounting staff as well.
Vroozi can be a bit frustrating to use with very specific use cases. For instance, we have multiple accounts with our local utilitiy companies all of which have different coding on our GL. As such, in this instance, we have to spend staff time correcting AI suggested coding.
Vroozi helps solve one of our primary pain points which is we are a multi-building campus. The visibility and communication peices help prevent ordering problems and approvals can be instally sought regardless of the building the reequestor is working at.
All of the accounts are right at your fingertips. Very easy to use and navigate through.

Easy to approve POs for employees. Our last service was terrible for this.
The Vroozi Procurement platform is one heck of a product that allows for simplicity, ease of use, and best of all, organization and tracking. Every since adopting Vroozi it has made it very simple for our company to put in PO's and manage them. Also Vroozi provides workflows which allow the ability to create approval channels which makes it easy for certain purchase orders to land in the correct queue's of managers and bosses to approve or deny without it getting lost. Also Vroozi allows us to report on spending for each department while tracking purchases company wide.
In the beginning after adopting Vroozi, we had a few issues with getting certain GL codes and options within Vroozi making the "ease of use" and organization" a little difficult in the beginning. Also in a few workflows Vroozi can be difficult to navigate as the free form POs can be confusing to fill out, especially when there are certain unique fields your company may need.
If any company is looking to consolidate all their outside vendors, approved vendors, manage spending, and track budgets, Vroozi is your product. It is a great solution for any company looking to centralize their purchasing.
With Vroozi the biggest advantage we are getting is being able to consolidate all of our outside vendors into one platform for our whole company. In the past all of our outside vendors were handled through a different product which did not have a menu style UI showing all of our company's approved external vendors. Also we are able to limit which departments have access to different vendors along with which catalogs they are allowed to access. All in all reporting is the best feature as we are able to see which department are managing their budgets correctly and which ones are spending over.
Vroozi empowers an end user to order products and services from their mobile phone or iPad. Approvers can approve or decline a purchase order in seconds on their phone or iPad with budget visibility..
Integration purchase orders, product receiving and AP teams for a true three way match. Most importantly, invoices go into a Vroozi "hopper", and no longer are the responsibility of the location team.
Requestors across the country have local catalogs that only they can see and national punch out catalogs for the entire team. Users in Florida dont have to sift through catalogs that dont pertain to them. This really speeds up the ordering process.
Administrating is simple and doesnt require IT or other teams to add users, suppliers or catalogs, everything can be done by a purchasing clerk or other team members.
i wouldnt say i dislike anything, there are improvements that we have requested, and the Vroozi team listens and replies quickly. The team is really very open to make changes with each new month showing leaps forward in usability.

This is business transformation, the company has never had a purchasing system or purchasing department. Orders for products and services came in from all over, invoices were submitted for approval, after the goods/services were already received, management and finance had no insight to projected spend, this put a strain on cashflow.

The Vroozi catalog system is easy to use, and allow Vendors to maintain their own catalogs. We have an number preferred vendors offering catalog items to our users, with preferred pricing.
