Glitch on media/photos. It is best to make sure that the media/photos stay as is.

What do you like best about Voxie?

the versality, all the options, very friendly to use and if not or ou get stuck then support is always available. It is our main tool to share any safety concerns or notification, besides the marketing benefits

nothing at the moment....I hope Melissa Duerr still managing our portal and keep proving support, SHE IS THE BEST, so probably the less I like is for her to be transfered LOL

It would be helpful for someone to check in periodically to make sure we have all our quesitons answered.

I've been using Voice services for about a month now. I love the Quick Blast feature, it makes my life easier.

What do you dislike about Voxie?

It would be great to send a quick blast to a few of my contact by simply typing in their names and a drop down with those names pop up.

What do you like best about Voxie?

I like that their support team tries to help you maximize it. They have met with me on multiple occassions to help me brainstorm new use cases and we have come up with some great ideas together!

What do you dislike about Voxie?

I dislike the way that the mass texts are sent out. I was accustomed to a simpler way of putting them together. If they could look more like the step by step of ZW that was more straightforward for me.

What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is reducing the number of inbound customer calls that we need to answer. The 'shift to text' feature has been great in maintaininig a pleasant customer experience.

What do you like best about Voxie?

The Voxie support team is fantastic. The platform is easy to use, and the support team has made it easy for me to onboard, resolving issues quickly, and walking me through it via screen share.

What do you dislike about Voxie?

N/A. Great expereince so far. Nothing to complain about.

They help us communicate with our radio listeners via text message service with all 8 of our radio stations. We also utilize bounceback text messaging with some of our sponsors.

What do you like best about Voxie?

Voxie support provides fast, reliable support. The support staff is friendly, professional, and make communications easy. Resolution time is typically same day.

What do you dislike about Voxie?

At this point, I do not have any dislikes regarding Voxie products or support.

What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Voxie has been very responsive for requests of customized templates for mass SMS marketing. They have also made it very simple to transfer ownership of accounts of resigned employees to active employees.

What do you like best about Voxie?

We have a B2B side of the company and a B2C side of the company. We take innovations from our B2B team and offer them to the masses in a customizable (B2C) way. Our biggest goal is to quickly learn what products have the necessary demand for us to do a full marketing deployment.

Voxie created the quickest feedback loop we've ever had with our customers. We simply announce a new prototype then use Voxie to text our existing customers with a link to purchase. In less than an hour we know if we have a hit on our hands or if we need to scrap the product. Invaluable intel!

In addition to the real time feedback for new products, we can cross sell to former customers based on their previous purchases. There is no data as valuable as what we glean from directly texting our customers.

Simply put, we rely on Voxie to run our business the way we want to.

What do you dislike about Voxie?

The only downside was that in the beginning my team wasn't agile enough to handle the speed with which we got actionable data. We've tightened that up on our end though.

When a product is a hit, we deploy an independent brand and launch a corresponding social campaign. It used to take us at least a week to get aligned on all these fronts. With Voxie we knew within an hour whether we had a hit, but we weren't ready to deploy a campaign. We've better aligned our go live strategy so as to be agile enough to deploy (or scrap) a product on the same day as we text our previous customers with a new offering.

Recommendations to others considering Voxie:

Someone on your team needs to know how to build report with your customers. This is your chance to engage them in the most intimate allowable via a digital platform.

Be ready to handle speed and an authentic feedback loop unlike anything you've ever experienced. If you're slow, you better learn how to be fast.

Be ready to effectively cross sell. Don't send irrelevant products. Hone in your complimentary items and tactfully present them to your customers.

What problems is Voxie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speed. Accessibility. Convenience. In short, the feedback loop.

We connect directly to our customers via their preferred medium and get feedback instantly.

Sending an image and simply asking a yes/no question; rate 1 - 10; etc. along with a link tells us more about our consumers' preference than anything we've used before. Our customers feel listened to, which is a revelation in and of itself. There's a symbiotic relationship that emerges as they both enjoy seeing new products before anyone else and knowing their feedback is being considered, and we get the most authentic consumer data possible. We get consumer sentiment AND can track buying decisions. When everything is aligned, we know we have a hit and we launch a full campaign (which includes more texting).
