Vortex is great if your really into pc gaming. Your cloud holds your info and it's very easy once you figure it out.

One stop shop. You can do all the management, accounting, estimating in one setting.

Nothing so far. I am still learning so nothing to worry since you can ask for help if needed in youtube.👍

What do you like best about Kaseya Vorex Service Desk?

It's super easy to use, and nearly all of the features have work-flow that make logical sense. Easy to train up others on using the system as well. Customer support is very good as they also offers free training.

What do you dislike about Kaseya Vorex Service Desk?

At this point, I have not experienced any negative elements. However, we are only three years into implementation.

What do you like best about Kaseya Vorex Service Desk?

What honestly does the excellence of this tool is the cloud service since they make your website and your software product excellent. CRM and ERP solution in a single point. Being able to have immediate access to workflow software management, you can see the progress my teamwork is making. It is good to be used in marketing. It also provides a free trial installation to users.

What do you dislike about Kaseya Vorex Service Desk?

The Android mobile application is not available until now is the only thing I do not like since it would be easier and more convenient to use.

What do you like best about Kaseya Vorex Service Desk?

it's easily organised as compared to other helpdesk solutions. User's have an easy way of submitting. Categorizing tickets is easy in vorex.

Assigning tickets to other personnels and keeping tack of tme is something that stands out for vorex. How vorex picks up the Machine from it's agent is really convenient so we dont have to manually enter anything in system.

Sending notes as email is really awesome.

What do you dislike about Kaseya Vorex Service Desk?

Filters in vorex are not user likeable. and the filters should show all categories of tickets as compared to just one.

It should have an option for conversation with user in a single email rather than sending separate notes everytime.

It should also show the time notated with number of tickets done for each helpdesk admin.

Recommendations to others considering Kaseya Vorex Service Desk:

It's a good ticketing system.

I have used many ticketing systems in past. Vorex stands out with some features like picking up machine credentials automatically as compared to entering them manually.

What problems is Kaseya Vorex Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?

we are using this as an helpdesk solution for our company. User submit tickets of their problems in this and we allocate it to different technicians around the company. We made a change from sysaid to vorex. I think vorex is really efficient as compared to sysaid. Sysaid didn't have a feature of entering ongoing time. Filters in sysaid were also difficult to use.
