PROS: This platform comes with a powerful call center feature. It handles invoicing, quotes and payment without inconveniences as well.
CONS: I find it difficult to understand especially that it is greatly different from our previous software. Some features have a steep learning curve, such as preparing the reports. But their support team is always there and is ready to guide us through.
Ability to automate invoices, quotes and send payment links to customers.:). The call center app is robust.

Our customers' booking experience is important to us and we've been working hard on it over the last year. Working closely with Vonigo's developers and using their API, we were able to create something that our whole team is proud of. The front-end is something really special that is all our own. Vonigo has a powerful back-end that is ZIP/Postal code-centric. This means we can as granular or high-level as we want with our zoning and pricing on any given day. And we can leverage this option differently in each city. The Vonigo team also has our best interests in mind. I have enjoyed the opportunity to give feedback to C-level executives within the company, and truly felt heard. You don't see that with many companies. That is something special. What we have now is a custom solution. The attention to detail from the Vonigo team has caused our conversion rates to go way up. The result is that we will soon be moving to a completely online sales funnel. Vonigo is the heart of our franchisee’s experience and our franchise management. We're thrilled to have a partner that we can see true longevity in.
Be aware, Vonigo has a lot of customization and can be configured a number of ways. It’s designed to fit many different industries/types of businesses. Some of Vonigo's features seem better on paper than they are in reality. We have not found a way to integrate their payment features (when paying in person), or time tracking (it’s not as robust as we need). We leverage third-party applications to handle these two essential things. For Vonigo to be all-in-one I feel that these features need more attention (the good news is they are aware of them and working on it).
Vonigo has increased our conversion rate significantly. It's allowed us to streamline our management and customer interaction processes, and stay on top of work orders.
PROS: Vonigo has largely improved our booking services especially that it allows us to prepare a front-end dashboard that's tailored to our company. It also has a robust admin panel that leverages the use of zip or postal codes, which is great in adjusting our zoning and pricing rates according to location anytime. Vonigo also has a robust API and great user support that has helped us in setting up the platform depending on our needs. Its company serves as a terrific partner to us as well, since they closely work with us to improve the tool. We can even leave suggestions and comments for officers in their company to read and consider. As a result, Vonigo has become a very essential part of our business that is significantly pumping our sales.
CONS: Vonigo is a powerful platform that different companies can use for different purposes. That sounds great, but that also makes it a complicated tool that you must adjust to your needs. There are even features that we find insufficient, such as the time tracker and payment manager. That is why we use some other platform to serve such purposes. Thankfully, however, its developers already know such flaws and are gearing up to solve such issues.
We use vonigo for all of our scheduling needs. We have a customer interface and an internal system. It's very to differential different types of appointments and locations which make our jobs easier. The site is very user friendly and I like that I can update different settings and see the immediate changes. We also have a team of mobile users that use this vonigo as their daily assignments. We are able to put all the details that they would need (address, phone numbers, email, contacts, driving directions, special notes, etc) in one place.
We have occasional tech issues where user permissions will changes for hours, sometimes days that were not authorized by anyone at the company.

Nothing really. As a moving company this system does not work. It might be better suited for a general contractor/cleaning service type of operation.
This system is stuck in 2014.
I've been using Vonigo for 3 years.
I haven't seen a single new feature developed during that time.
Still facing bugs and issues reported during the onboarding phase.
The onboarding and configuration phase never concluded because the person managing that stopped responding to emails.
The scheduling system for crew members is awful. You can assign members to two jobs simultaneously
Managing their availability is non-existent.
The home screen is utterly useless.
Can't be logged in on two devices simultaneously (ie: desktop and your phone, for example)
Deposits are not listed on any invoice. We constantly have clients calling us because they think they are being overbilled.
If you are a moving company, avoid this system. Their "estimates" implementation does not support anything to do with creating a content list/inventory. It shows up as line items on the invoice (Imagine receiving an estimate 4 pages long listing each piece in the charges section).
It only creates problems.

Vonigo has the capability to allow franchisors to view each different location's account. This is crucial in franchising. It is also a very easy platform to teach so the implementation of it can be very quick and easy during franchisee's training and onboarding.
One of the downsides is the way the licensing works. There are some users who will never need to log into Vonigo via a desktop, but in order to have the mobile app license the desktop license is included therefore increasing the price. This can be a downside and deter franchisors from purchasing if it adds up their costs.
Vonigo provides multiple types of businesses with ease of use on this platform. This makes is very easy to make it a platform that can be recommended to more than one type of client.
