We've significantly reduced the number of call transfers thanks to their ACD with intelligent call routing. Customer don't like to wait in the queue for age or to talk about their problem endlessly. This software offers a customizable IVR that indentifies your customers and gives them personalized service. And last but not least, they have good call quality monitoring tools. Their scorecards allow our managers to assess the agent's work as precisely as possible.
It works well. We haven't seen any cons.

This is a blended call center solution handling both inbound and outbound calls, it has easily configured outbound campaigns with an IVR constructor and many more useful features. The vendor came up with a perfect combination of quality and cost-efficiency. It's worth having it!

I was looking for a predictive dialer as perviously my agents were provided only with a simple autodialer. Voiptime is a great all-in-one solution.
It has a great variety of features, especially I liked its detailed reporting and resources sections. Thanks to the Quality Assessment and Workforce my team are managed well and I've noticed a significant increase inefficiency. Generally, after using it for a while we realized its real robust and usage simplicity.
Unfortunately, voicemail option is not available
Due to its multichannelty and full-featured base, we finally got rid of 2 separate softwares we had used before.

It’s really important for us to be able to process our database effectively and Voiptime Cloud ensures that. Starting out and setting the campaign is very easy and overall it’s very user-friendly software.
