What do you like best about VoIPstudio?

As a Field and Recovery Team Lead I have to keep on talking with my team members and clients on daily. Because calling through a mobile phone is much expensive we use VoIPstudio as our calling sollution and it has greatly saved time and cost.

It's easy to use and learn how to use it. It's a perfect VoIP provider for all small and medium sized businesses. It's affordable because it has a pay as you go package which suits us well and fits in our budget compared to its competitors.

What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?

The support is pretty good but sometimes they get overwhelmed of the number of customers needing support increases. It must be worked on it.

What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?

VoIPstudio has a been a great tool in our business because it has saved us money and time by eliminating expensive calling solution. It has also strengthen communication with our clients and colleagues. It's a great tool we use to record calls and take notes also we can convert voice messages to text and thus saving time.

What do you like best about VoIPstudio?

The VoIPstudio app is very useful and makes it easy to track incoming calls. VoIPstudio provided a call flow and phone tree that is well managed. Changes are made almost instantly and customer service representatives are friendly!

What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?

There is a learning curve. Some of the steps to fllow when using the app are not as intuitive as they could be. y Sometimes the application has network problems, but that is normal for this type of application.

They give me the freedom to work from anywhere and still take my work calls, Streamlines client calls and allows for team collaboration. and Whether you work remotely or in an office, you will get the same quality and support.

What do you like best about VoIPstudio?

One of the things that I like best with VoIPstudio is the call recording. There is no limit on the number of calls that we can record. Also, internal team collaboration is very smooth and effective with VoIPstudio. We can easily create video conferencing calls and add our team members too. Also, the integration with other business tools like office 365 and G-suite is very much useful for us.

What do you dislike about VoIPstudio?

I do not have any significant dislikes with this software. The customer support team is also very much helpful.

What problems is VoIPstudio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling to do internation sales calls and the cost of business calling was very much expensive. VoIPstudio was a perfect platform for us to address this issue. Also, the IVR and the call routing facility of VoIPstudio is very good and effective for us to maintain 24 hours connectivity

I like that The audio quality is excellent. I also consider that The functions included and available are excellent. and I love that I can use the chat feature to get the help I need.

I can't say that there is anything I dislike since it has worked quite well for me and my team. The application works without problems.

Real phone systems are very easy to use, it is definitely a cloud-centric product with incredible uptime and excellent support. A standardized platform makes it easy to manage, support, and change.
