It's easy to use and learn how to use it. It's a perfect VoIP provider for all small and medium sized businesses. It's affordable because it has a pay as you go package which suits us well and fits in our budget compared to its competitors.
The support is pretty good but sometimes they get overwhelmed of the number of customers needing support increases. It must be worked on it.

Also, internal team collaboration is very smooth and effective with VoIPstudio. We can easily create video conferencing calls and add our team members too. Also, the integration with other business tools like office 365 and G-suite is very much useful for us.
