Affordable Pricing, Reliable Service, Extensive Features, Excellent Customer Support
Complex User Interface, Limited SMS Functionality, Occasional Downtime, Lack of HD Calling
Users consistently praise VoIP.ms for its affordable pricing, extensive features, and reliable service. They appreciate the ease of setup and the wide range of options, including SMS, voicemail, and call forwarding. However, some users find the interface complex, particularly for those who are not technically inclined. A recurring concern is the lack of phone support, which necessitates using chat or email for assistance. Despite these minor drawbacks, the majority of users find VoIP.ms to be a cost-effective and dependable VoIP provider, particularly for small businesses and those seeking flexibility in managing their phone systems.

Im able to get enough info in order to set up end points correctly.
Not be able to swap DID numbers on real-time
I can see in real-time if the endpoints are registered to the voip ms servers and also from which IP address those end points are connected. That makes it easier for the support.
Fast, and easy ordering of DID numbers in thousands of locations. Low prices. Great website controls. Easy manipulation of how a call behaves.
The fact that it is mostly North America-centric. In this day and age, a company like this should be more global. The one main feature that is missing is the ability to manipulate Caller ID information on incoming calls. If that feature was available, then I would have nothing to dislike.
Certainly a GREAT voip provider
Multiple locations, with phones centralized under one provider.
An amazing number of features at a very low price. I've been with VoIP.ms for over 10 years for both business and personal use. Other than the massive DDOS attack in September 2021, they have been very reliable. I believe they have strengthened their infrastructure based on what they learned during the DDOS.
Communication during the DDOS attack wasn't the best, but I'm sure they were very busy trying to get things working.
They are great for SIP trunking and simple PBX solution if you just have a few extensions.
I've avoided paying for crazy expensive phone service from AT&T and other "major" providers, both at work and home. For a tiny amount of money, I've been able to maintain a "home number" that we've had for years. It allows me to receive calls at home, and auto forwarded to cell phones. Also implemented a "press 1 if you're human" auto attendant which has dropped spam calls to just about zero.
Call Quality, minor downtime, great customer service
I have no dislikes there always inform of any problems and maitenance
I recommend this company, very professional and excellent service in all aspects; you will get the best of the best.
great value for my customers
Very quick troubleshooting support and allow you to control the trouble ticket from the get go.
The payment methods recently changed, still trying to find a long-term solution that works for me.
We are setting up Asterisk servers with excellent connectivity to the PSTN.
I've been able to do things with VoIP.ms I didn't know were possible. When I'm not sure what to do, the support team is very helpful.
I have no complaints about the service. I'm quite satisfied.
I have ported many phone lines and use forwarding and other features. Both of my numbers ring in both of my locations.
I've been using VOiP.ms for 10 years now, and will never switch from it as long as it's in business. What do I like best? All of it -- reliable, highly economical, great choices, excellent customer service (when it's rarely needed), customer-oriented. What else do you need in a phone service?
Nothing that I can think of. I know no service is perfect, but I honestly can't think of anything. I've used other VOIP services before I found VOiP.ms, and none of them even come close.
Yes, always -- I have recommended it to several of our clients, especially our overseas clients needing a U.S. phone number, and some are using it.
I'm able to have numbers local to our various company locations and they all forward seamlessly to me here at my location. Costs are kept very low while having a large number of DIDs, including toll-free and efax numbers.
The lower price, the reseller portal and the fonction
I cant find anything major. But they can add a network status to see if issue,
I pay a lower price then before and better service
