VoIP Innovations offers a great one stop shop. We have developed our platform (Ottspott.co) using their CPaaS platform Apidaze. Besides that we use VoIP Innovations as a DID provider.
The back-office is fully integrated which makes the use of their API + DIDs very easy to manage.
DIDs are of great quality and clean, and the carriers used are fully transparent which makes them different from other DID providers where one doesn't know who is routing the calls.
Last but not least, VoIP Innovation's support is absolutely stunning. Friendly, professional and quick.

Compared to Twilio and other platforms, VoIP Innovations is at more human scale. You will get a personalized follow up and great services. Prices are also competitive compared to other platforms.
We've built Ottspot.co, a full featured cloud phone services for Slack and G Suite teams, on top of VoIP Innovation's Apidaze API, and use also the carrier services.
We use voice, WebRTC and SMS services from them.
Amplify has used many other providers for termination and origination services. VI offers the best portfolio of services that companies like mine use. We can find the services we need with a single VI agreement and also use the VI API to for seamless order and integration.
The product portfolio is very large and can be a little bit intimidating if you are not familiar with the ordering process. After a few questions were answered this was no long an issue.
Our termination and origination installations are much more efficient and we are able to utilize a broader range of products. We can then offer our customers more products as well.
Their API is great for developing communication services app. It is well documented and has great support.
So far everything is great and I think they have a good uptime record

So much. Telephony is just the start. They provide our billing solution, fax and are continually innovating which helps us compete with the big guys.
Their web interface makes it easy to manage my DIDs and it is especially helpful to track costs.
Their support team is responsive and helpful. Provide them the information they need and they will be on it.

Porting numbers is a little more complicated than with other companies. But again their support team will help you figure it out.
Their email to fax features was pretty innovative, but I think it has lagged behind a bit and is difficult to implement without involving the IT admin / email admin
Despite the slightly higher costs, they have a wide variety of features and their portal makes it easy to manage them.
They are a resource for purchasing, managing and providing services for DIDs.
They have a full feature set for DID's and great support.
The calls with VoIP are clear and easy to track
If your internet is not running at 100% speed, the VoIP system fails almost completely.
Being able to accept calls through the computer, and calling over customer's pre-programed information saves us time and allows us to be more efficient with the customers.
The attraction of API and good pricing is attractive

VEry rude team and will never help you . So dont think to use their services. They will show you an attitude in a way that they are doing any favour to you by offering services.
VEry rude employees, not willing to listing after spending thousands of dollars on their account, Please do not think to get their services, you will end up wasting thousands of dollars. Need to have a check and balance on their billing team
