It's easy, user friendly and the mobile app is really nice too. It can synchronise with payroll apps as well as Folks HR, which is ideal for us!

The platform is helpful when it comes to scheduling all of the employees' schedules. They can all send in their availabilities and enter the maximum hours per week they would like to have.

It is much easier for every employee to know their schedule and in which team they are.

Voila is really simple to use, straightforward and user friendly. Both the mobile app and the online version are visually great looking and it's easy to navigate both, but the biggest benefit for us is the both-ways integration to EmployeurD for payroll and to Folks RH !!!

I wish there was a way Voila calculate automatcally paid vacations, using the data from our payroll system, instead of just showing the data! But hey, it's still a breeze to manage vacations anyway so !

Since it connects to our Payroll and HR systems, there is no more "triple entry" of data, when a new employee arrives or leaves, plus it's SO easy to generate reports and plan schedules ahead of times, while still considering employees preferences and availabilities.

The application is easy to use. The customer service is very helpful. L'application est facile à utiliser et le service à la clientèle est très aidant.

The system is straightforward. Gone are the days wasted on the phone finding a replacement for a shift in my company. Once our business priorities and workflows were set, the platform found the optimal employee for each shift, which is so helpful for us.

General is great, but we disliked to go on the web version to enter our timesheets. They did however, add the feature on mobile in the past months which is a fine. Not much negative stuff to say here.

I 100% recommend it , made our life much better with their simple interfaces, it has most of the features we need to manage a network of retailers, great customer service, they helped every time were looking for a setting or trying to solve a new use case.

Scheduling and payroll. The benefits are simplicity, ease of use and reduction of hours of work.

The fact that all the supervisors can access the platform under certain restrictions. I love the general look of the platform, it's intuitive and user friendly.

We work with a lot of volunteers coming from all kinds of backgrounds, some are not tech savvy, but all of them are able to punch in and out easily.

The way the volonteers can grab the shift that they want is amazing, we don't even have to solicitate them, they can see our needs and make it work with their own schedule.

The timesheets, the format is not practical for us. We can't access it from our phone which makes it harder to answer questions on the go.

We would love to personalize the software with our own lingo. We do not have employees but we have a lot of different programs that are sending ressources our way.

It's easier to have a view of our needs and which emplacements require more staff. It's really helpful to keep track of the hours for the volunteer in specific programs.

The geolocation of the punch is really helpful to make sure that the volunteers really showed up.

Its very simple to use an give many tools that permit to control and plan the schedule, easy to change and very clear to understand.

Sometimes the GPS doesn't work correctly. The Rfid or QR code aren't available.

It's the best application to manage the payment and people.

Punch management and work schedules are the main problems that voila help our company.
