Great service and great variety in new voices that sound human. They are using the latest technology and we never have to work about them keeping up with our demands. Our favorite vendor by far.

Nothing, all good as they have always been great to work with.
Best voice quality and super simple to use API
They offer a lot of regional language support and also the ability to make a custom text to speech model with api support with just 2-12 hours of recording of voice and it sounds like human with just 6-8 hours.
I didn't like some of the accents of Indian language like Gujarati for instance and the custom voice model might be expensive for some costing from 3-5 k USD and there is less flexibility with this option.
Since we were building a chatbot for customers having the ability to communicate using voice rather than have to type results in better experience overall and Voicemaker makes this happen.
This tool is simple to use and easily we could customise it into the provided sound modulations. We dont need to be an expert in this software
There is limitation on the charecters and there is also difficulty in proper pronunciation of region specific words.
It is a simple tool to convert human texts into audios of our choice. Easy and fun to use
Voicemaker's user interface is intuitive and easy to use. The most prevalent use case for the software is converting some text to speech, and that feature is the first screen on the app. The app offers lots of customisation options, but those do not come in the way of the basic functionality of typing some text and hearing it as audio.
The AI voices provided by Voicemaker do not have very realistic accents. I noticed this, especially in voices typically heavily accented, such as British and Australian English.
While the text is the predominant mode of the web, it is not very user-friendly to people with visual and reading impairments. Providing audio as an alternative mode of accessing your content makes it more accessible and increases its reach.
I like how I can customize the voices (i.e. child, female, male)
It could do a better job of detecting and pronouncing ethnic names.
For my AI project, it helped me solve the problem of mostly pronouncing ethic names, and it benefits me, as it allowed me to get data on how text is converted to speech.

My favorite thing about Voicemaker is its ease of use. You definitely don't have to be an audio editing professional to get the most out of Voicemaker; with easy controls to adjust the AI's pauses, pacing, and volume, customizing the right voiceover for your project is a breeze.
You can only voice over 250 characters per conversion.
Voicemaker recites my copy for my social media videos with perfect fluency. No matter what tone or feeling I want to convey, I can get a high-quality voiceover in minutes at a reasonable cost.
