Best AI Agent platform I've worked with
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
It's the best tool to build all types of chatbots: text and voice. I've been using it for almost 2 years and it's the best in the industry.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
Recommendations to others considering Voiceflow?
Also, Customer Support is outstanding. They managed to solve our issue with credits by giving a flexible solution. In comparison, we use Zendesk and never were able to get a flexible solution from them.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of native integration with social networks: WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Instagram.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?
Voiceflow is a great platform that allows us at Cisco to be more innovative and creative at a time when AI and other automation becoming table stakes.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?

We see the "Low-Code, No-code" chatbot development platform as a key differentitor in the indeation of new solutions for Cisco operations and internal workflows. The solution was brought in to support for non-technical, business users while being able to address the need for full-stack development engineers and developers. The ability to use Voiceflow for prototyping and POCs within the business provide the insight to test user stories and conversational workflow designs to guarantee a positive user experience.

An outstanding support and a streamlined chatbot creation with Voiceflow
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
Voiceflow made our work significantly easier by eliminating the complexity of deploying a RAG, LLM, or agent. With their intuitive API, we could focus entirely on chatbot design and prompt engineering. The latter turned out to be the most demanding aspect, requiring a solid feedback loop with human and automated testing to measure accuracy, relevance, and usefulness. However, what truly stood out was their exceptional support. With bi-weekly follow-ups and their live support on Slack, the Voiceflow team was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the entire experience even smoother and more efficient.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
The most challenging and time-consuming part was the prompt engineering. While it ultimately enhanced our expertise, it demanded careful, repeated testing and adjustments to achieve the desired performance.

Easy to use - great interface
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
I use Voiceflow quite a lot for my business. It is the main platform where I build my AI Agents. From the moment I started with Voiceflow I knew it was the easiest and advanced platform out there.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
They are improving a lot, which is good, but because of that we have to change our agents on a regular basis.

What do you like best about Voiceflow?
I started using Voiceflow for my company following a recommendation from an agency partner. It’s a well-designed platform suitable for different types of users: it provides user-friendly and intuitive features for non-technical users while also enabling tech users to build more sophisticated experiences. The platform allows for building multiple conversational flows in flexible ways, encouraging users to fully explore their creativity. Their documentation is comprehensive and easy to follow, and they offer numerous webinars that help you make the most of the platform’s potential.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
The analytics feature is still limited, so if you need more detailed insights about your agents, you’ll need to use a BI tool.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create a framework for different customer inquiries. Not only does it assist in answering FAQ questions, but it also automates workflows while leveraging the power of LLMs.

The perfect platform for AI agencies
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
What I like best about Voiceflow is the amount of updates they constantly do to add new features. This allows to evolve my AI agents and remain ahead of the curve and stay relevant.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
I would like to have more widget customization and flexibility for when I deploy AI agents on my clients’ websites.
Recommendations to others considering Voiceflow?
I would also like to be able to toggle off/on ability for user to type. Sometimes I’d like users to only be able to click on buttons, but then other times be able to type text.

Best conversation design tool
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
Best feature of Voiceflow is ease of use and drag and drop interface. Thoughfully built controls, geared towards conversatio design and an integrated platform which brings all aspect of conversatio design, namely, design, prototype, analysis and sharing, together makes it one of the most complete conversation design tools as well.Additionally, the enthusiastic Voiceflow team which not only regularly roll out new features which are demanded by designers but provide support both in terms of documentation as well as issue fixing is one of the key aspects why Voiceflow is well liked in designer community. Voiceflow provides a 'Single source of truth' for conversation design.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
One aspects which bugs me is that extracting the designs from Voiceflow as images or pdf is not very intuitive.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Voiceflow has become our choice conversation design tool, thus bringing in standarization in design process across teams in different countries. Additionally, Voiceflow acts as single-source-of-truth for our designs which means everything related to design resides on Voiceflow, thus eliminating the need to have any other tool.

Versatile, powerful, effective and intuitive agent development platform
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
What I like most is that the platform is very intuitive and while there is a learning curve, once you get the hang of it, you are empowered to create some really powerful applications. The support when you get stuck is great and there are plenty of resources which makes it easy to help yourself.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
Voiceflow is a maturing platfrom, which has it's pros and cons. The pros is that the team is shipping new features at a rapid pace, but the downside of that there can sometimes be some unusual bugs which creep in, and on a number of occasions functionality you have built is no longer supported meaning some time is required to rebuild with the newer functionality.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a large financial services company, and financial services is notoriously complex. Building AI powered chatbots and agents means that we can design experiences that help users navigate complex domains in plain and accessible language. Increased accessibility, and reduced complexity, and increase ease of use widens our business opportunities and this is resulting in increasing our ability to serve more clients, better and cheaper. And at the same time we are learning more about our clients given the interface, enabling us to design better and better experiences for them over time.
