3. The price. VKS offers a scalable solution at a reasonable price.

There have been improvement ideas in the past that we have provided, and VKS considers them in their development to help mitigate anything that may be a 'dislike.' Working with a software company that takes customer feedback and implements it is lovely. So honestly, no dislikes from my side.

VKS is a very easy-to-use software for work instructions. Very user-friendly and self-explanatory. VKS is a cloud-based system, and changes are saved automatically, and multiple people can work on the same guidebook at once.

There is a lag in when you do it, and most of the features you have to explore about them. I would prefer to have a button that would should what each feature would do

Please have tips or instructions available in the guidebook to guide users to use the options available.

Also VKS Lite support different types of multimedia such as images, videos, PDF'', gif etc. It can be used on mobile phone, tablet or laptop to see the created Word Instructions.

Another nice feature; two levels of Work Instructions can be created. For experienced technician just critical steps or all full steps if need. This feature is accelerating the process.

We are use VKS lite to complete step by step installation document for our bonding machine. This machine is very complicated and have a so many parts. But with VKS Lite, we are create super manual with using videos and jpeg converted auto-cad drawing files. It made things easier for us.

Actually there is like nothing you can dislike about this product. Maybe more customization options (like more font typefaces) could be good.

Before diving into creating workflows, I recommend you to go mindmap and prioritize your actions and write them down beforehand. So you will lose less time creating it on app.
