It's simple to use. Very very easy to understand, very very minimal hardware. Flexible to all integrations.

Specifically nothing. Facial recognition and other features can be an added advantage.

Ease of use. The checkin experience is very good.

Its tablet application has many features which can fetch information for visitors.

Overall, I liked the seamless visitor checkin and checkout experience in seconds.

Nothing to dislike. I liked using the product. Its very convenient to use. Captures information easily. You don't have to depend upon receptionists or admin teams.

The problem of longer queues is being solved. Many peple can quickly checkin without waiting for someone to note down the information. Also., the invitations and checkins work very well. Especially for groups.

It saves our time from manual entry, and we can download reports whenever required.

Everything is good in Vizmo. One thing that can improve the experience would be to add more printers support

It is pretty simple to understand the entire product, and if not, Vizmo's Team is always available to assist. Also, customers' feedback is something they greatly value and actively pursue.

I can't think of any disadvantages right now. I'm hoping that Vizmo will release more products that benefit the entire business setting.

There are a few issues that I think Vizmo handled well

- The Touchless Check-In Experience for Visitors

- Invitation feature, to invite someone

Smooth checkin process by using Vizmo VMS system its really easy and convenient to use and all the details are shown on email and phone message inbox which keep a good transparency and easy mode to connect.

Nothing to be disliked as such. limited product integration would be great if they have more employee-centric products.

-Digital data records and many more. Now we can easily monitors our client database more efficiently, We can track down all details related to visitors, Vendors, Interviews & even our employees.

- Host approval so that random walk-in can be verified.

Easy to understand, user friendly. Comes with all the features you need for smooth visitor flow from check-in to check-out.

Nothing as of now. But there is always space for improvement, and Vizmo does it.
