I like how this software has version which is easy to get started with, and you get to
know everyone on board easily and you are able to see what everyone is doing right away.
Everything with this software is absolutely good and there are no worrying issues.
The best software which is easy to use,great customer support and far more cost effective software and I recommend it to others.
This software has made creating a task a easy thing,it is also essential when it comes to making ongoing updates to the website and also for the development of an internal browser based finance system,we are also able to add comments, links and documents to our task with ease.

What I like about this software is the User Interface layout which is very easy to use.
This software has no any serious drawbacks to talk about.
The best system with real time updates and easy to use too and I therefore highly recommend it.
The features allow for the tracking of all of time worked, and also help to prioritize work and see exactly what needs to be done and when. It provides a clear view of the work and well organisational benefits.
It's ease of use in case of adding stories and tasks and the great User experience for both the developer team and managers, an integrated timetracker with worklog reports, nice burndown charts and reports, configurable settings for each board and nice hotkeys with a great customer support led us to migrate from another platform to vivify scrum.
Timetracker's firefox extension is not out yet and sometimes moving a task with it's parents and children seems to be hard. Lack of integration with calendars.
We have been using Trello to manage our sprints and technical tasks, another product for our operational and management and we've been swimming in all these platforms and switching them when necessary. Using vivifyscrum we have one integrated platform for both product and project management which seems to be helping us in managing our time.
* complete reports
* great integration with other services
* easy to use
* beautiful design
* lack of time tracker for firefox browser
managing team, work times and work loads
and managing short time goals
VivifyScrum is built with Scrum at its foundation. It allows you to select from a Kanban or Scrum view as well. It's default settings reflects its Scrum roots with columns for Backlog, To Do, In Progress and Done. Need to customize it a bit? You can add more columns as needed. It employs estimations for stories and provides a host of functions for each card: commenting, file attachments, priorities, sub-items (tasks), lists, events, tags and more. Everything to keep a project running on Scrum efficiently. VivifyScrum also provides all the Scrum artifacts including burndown charts and velocity. Need to control how the teams have access? this is also managed, with various accessibility levels that reflect true Scrum ownership in projects. Planning poker is even included. VivifyScrum has just the right balance of customization features without overdoing it. Everything you need to run Scrum is there. Or, at least, the majority.
I would have loved to have seen a feature that takes retrospectives into account. This often overlooked ceremony in Scrum is essential to improving team performance, and I have only seen it in only a couple of other project management applications. But not VivifyScrum. Features that are not included in your subscription level are still visible, making you believe they are active until you click on them and see a pop-up asking you to upgrade. Would be nice if they are disabled or have an indicator that they are not part of a trial version for new users.
Try it!
Organization for our marketing
It has clean design, tool is simple to use, very intuitive. Most of the features usually required by experienced agile products users are present. Agile beginners also acquire process pretty fast.
Comments on tickets and file sharing makes development nicely organized. New features are coming pretty fast.
Stability and reliability is also very very good. Competitive pricing.
Design could be improved, more than two themes would be nice to have. Notification settings should be better fragmented with more customizing options. Organizing teams and users for separate dashboards can be improved also. Good mobile version is something we would like to see soon.
Companies and developer groups using Agile should try VivifyScrum product and compare it with others on the market. It is obviously created and developed having in mind software development specific issues. It is fast growing product, with new features coming often, yet easy to use.
We are using VivifyScrum to organize multiple developers working on multiple software development projects at same time, avoiding projects organization overhead.
Even people not familiar with Agile get used to app fast.

VivifyScrum also provides all the Scrum artifacts including burndown charts and velocity.
VivifyScrum is cloud-based,

Use it as our scrum tool
Filters; the ability to easily track size, priority task type as well as labels;
It is helpful because ut is user friendly and has a great management tool. We use it to backlog and have all in order.
What i dont like is that the program vivifyscrum is not properly utilized. Many people don't consider some of the gadgets.
The advice i give to others when using vivifyscrum is to use it all!! Use the graphs and the tools ot provides. Read about it and to familiorixze with it. The graphs gives all the help needed. Use it.
It takes advantage of the operational and financial apsects of the companies. The integration is great and it works to minimize number of applications.

To keep a record of my all deliverables. and keep a check on the product backlog the project on which the team is working.
The main dislike about vivify scrum would be that when there is too many deliverables or product backlog it becomes difficult to handle and see all the things in one screen.
Just use it like a normal calendar software and keep a record of all the deliverables, also keep a viewing the product backlog to see that you are on the right track.
You can solve any problem be it a project or an assignment or even a small house chore you can keep a record of everything and then it helps us to identify the timeline.
