Great tool for those owner's who are very in-tune with their smartphones.

The ability for owners to submit refill requests.

Everything else! They have routinely had errors when our PMS ran an update. It would disrupt their service and for weeks we went without knowing they weren’t pulling information or updating our patient records. Tech support is terrible! They only respond via email so you never actually get to speak with anyone regarding your support related problem.

Ultimately there are little to no benefits realized. We aren’t even sending medical records through virus vet, it’s easier to just email via Avimark, our PMS.
