It saves us time from calling, and the questionnaire is great as to how the candidate is rated.

The ime it takes to complete references. Typically, it is hard to get a hold of references via phone call.

Vitay has cut down the time it takes to receive references back from our candidates. In a market where employees can choose from various employers, we must receive connections back as quickly as possible so we don't lose quality candidates.

It's sometimes difficult to search candidate information if their references were completed more than 6 months previous.

It's saving resources as our HR department, and managers are not on the phone for days trying to track down references. We are averaging 16-hour response times which was not happening when we had to call individuals.

I love that the system is automated. No more attempting to reach out to a reference a million times. I also like that you are able to send reminders and adjust info for the team members.

I wish it were easier to search by dates. I need to pull my references from 6/22-12/22, and once you click on a person's contact, it resets the calendar range.

Before Vitay, we would have to try and collect all of the references from the candidates and call, potentially being ignored or leaving voicemails. About 50% called back. Then we would also run into the issue of the person doing the references asking bad questions. Witay has streamlined this process, cutting out the time spent on these checks. Having a standard set of questions ensures the appropriateness and fairness of this process.

The platform has been very helpful, it is easy to keep the references organized and they are completed faster then being done manually.

Some small functions were difficult to work around initially, such as making certain fields mandatory in the refernence forms, etc.

Vitay send text and email reminders to applicants which means we do not have to manually follow up on a daily basis.

The integration and implementation were seamless!!! We have several integrations with our ATS, and Vitay took the least amount of time and effort. Our recruiters LOVE that Vitay puts the burden of obtaining the reference on the candidate. The recruiter gets an email once it's complete and the reference is documented in our ATS. Vitay reminds the candidate to follow up if their references don't respond. It has a built-in lead generator that emails the recruiter if a reference indicates they would like to be contacted by our company. There are so many wonderful features and zero downsides. I can't sing their praises enough. We love Vitay!

There isn't anything I dislike about Vitay. It takes a bit longer for Vitay and our ATS to sync than it did when we first implemented it, but it isn't a deterrent to using the product.

We were spending an exorbitant amount of time trying to track down references. We would call and have to leave a message; then there would be follow-up. This takes all of that time wasted off our recruiter's plate.

Using Vitay saves time. We really realy on Vitay to contact references in a timly and efficient manner.

Sometimes people don't answer but thats ok!

Easiest integration to our ATS we have ever done! I thought they were over promising but they got us set up and fully functioning in under a week. Every question we ask is addressed immediately. Our users love the tool and it is easy to manage. Very happy with this tool!

Nothing they are fast and have great customer service!

Although I was hesitant at first, Vitay has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Vitay!

I like that Vitay will send automatic reminders to the person giving the reference if they don't complete the survey right away.

Vitay only sends up to 3 reminders. I do wish they would send indefinitely or more than 3.
