I think VWO tool is easy for me to create and manage experiments without a steep learning curve. The tool seem easily to integrates with our existing marketing and analytics platforms. So, it can save us time.
Without a plugin, integrating the A/B testing too can become complex sometime. This could potentially lead to delays in implementing the the test.
VWO for A/B testing provides concrete, data-driven insights so we can compare two or more variations of a webpage and identify better result for our audience.
VWO helps make decisions based on objective data with comprehensive reports. We always rely on the test results to change our stores rather than relying on subjective opinions or assumptions. Before implementing significant changes, VWO A/B testing enables us to assess the potential impact on key metrics in a controlled environment.
Furthermore, VWO has allowed us to implement a data-driven culture within our organization and we have learned to rely on evidence rather than opinions. The customer support has been top notch and the app also provides a plethora of features.
Nothing in particular. We have been using VWO for a few years now and don't see any drawbacks with it.
We conduct multiple different A/B tests where we change headlines, images, asset placement, etc. on our stores/pages and make changes according to the results provided by VWO.
The dashboard, it was very intuitive and easy to use, despite A/B testing being a rather complex task to perform
Nothing comes to mind so far, I am satisfied.
It makes clear for us what are the best practices in our website in terms of content, UI/UX etc
The product is intuitive and easy to use. Lots of functionality and reporting options. The team at VWO are terrific, with excellent onboarding/training and ongoing support.
So far haven't come across anything I dislike.
We've been using VWO to validate UX improvements before they go live across the site. This helps to create a test case for more website resources and continuous improvement.
Flexibility, it's intuitive with plenty of built in easy to use features.
Sometimes the WYSIWYG editor could be a bit buggy alongside the native code
Drop off from sales flow steps and other choke points on site
First of all the setup of tests is very easy with 4 simple steps, really helps non-technical people in the organization.
The ability to do detailed segmentation is a huge positive.
Capabilities like Mult-arm bandit and mutually exclusive group are very helpful.
The biggest advantage is the ability to link tests with dynamic realtime heatmapping data, helps figure out why a certain version has performed the way it has.
The reporting segment can be improved.
The tool is still manual and the use of AI can help marketers uncover areas of improvement.
The pricing structure with all different products look complicated and can be simplified.
The tools helps setup tests all across the website and monitor performance changes with changing consumer behaviour. The integration with other capabilities is a huge plus and helps build a culture of experimentation within the organization.
The ease of creation of the versions with their features such as drag and drop, choose between parent and child class, adding of external widgets is just amazing!
Pricing! We defenitely, VWO testing and insights are two different tools that the organisation provide and it is quite expensive as per industry standards.

I would say that some of the best parts of having VWO as a service are the simplicity that the platform provides and how our account manager is always willing to help us and solve any doubts and issues for us.
There have been times when glitches have appeared in the analysis feature, but nothing that couldn't be solved or clarified in a few calls between us and the VWO team.
VWO is the base of most of our testing practices within the Marketing team at Mindvalley. It also helps us have more clarity on the behavior of our customers and how they interact with our funnels.
We've used VWO for two years - year one in a POC and year two with a global license. The functinality of their client and full stack AB testing is excellent and their pricing beat three other competitors' products.
VWO hasn't had any downsides. Our biggest challenge is my organizations level of maturity and engagement when it comes to designing and running tests.
VWO's client and full stack solution has equipped my organization ($8B in revenue and in 60 countries) with a common platform to design and execute client and server side AB tests.

The visual editor is pretty powerful. I've been able to run almost all my tests without engineering resources to great results. (keeping in mind that the tests need to be more simple like asset changes, moving sections, hiding things, etc.)
You can really get nitty gritty with the analysis and separating traffic into segments easily, which is super powerful and great.
It is very full-featured. An all-in-on sort of solution that can grow with you.
Sometimes the analysis of the tests are hard to interpret and can lead to false conclusions. They do provide some support here for extra depending on what need you have.
