"Visor" has a really clean layout that makes it easier to stay focused, and the onboarding was pretty smooth- New team members picked-it up very quickly. it helps us to keep the things organized and lets us manage multiple projects without getting too bogged down or having to do a bunch of stuff manually.

There are not much to complain about, but managing multiple projects can feel a bit cluttered when there's a lot going on. The clean interface is great, But it took me a little time to get used to where everything is.

A few small tweaks in navigation would definitely help.

Visor really helps us to keep our projects organised without having to juggle messy spreadsheets or jump between a bunch of tools. It's made it easier for the whole team to stay on the same page by giving us one place to track stuff and see progress. Also, the Jira tool cuts down so much of our manual work and just having everything in one spot reduce confusion. Overall project tracking feels a lot easier and less stressful now.

Visor is incredibly easy to use! I've used many tools that integrate with Jira, but what sets visor apart is its simplicity and intuitive UI. I love that the various views work intuitively with jira and manually input data all the same. I also love the fair pricing that makes it easier to share with larger ranges of stakeholders.

So far, I have no complaints. Visor serves my needs without issue.

Uniting jira data with ability to create flexible customized roadmaps.

I am a user of Visor since september 2023, I must say, it has significantly improved my team experience with project management as it provides functionalities that are not available, or not too friendly in Jira. Support is excellent and very responsive to all our requests. Visor is packed with features that are easy to use. It gives team mebers a clear view of the project timelie and their role in the project. I like that it brings all levels and sub levels of Jira tasks into the timeline and nest.

Easy gantt charts and planning tools

I have been so insanely impressed by this tool - while I think it's relatively new, it's being developed really quickly and the CS team is incredibly helpful in working through any bugs I've encountered and being communicative throughout that development (s/o Rae). They take into account feature requests and incentivize bug reports. I've tried just about every roadmapping platform you can think of and this is the first one that allows me to roadmap at both the epic and story/issue level, displaying at those discrete levels for different audiences, as well as swimlane out in whatever custom structure I want. It's so much more flexible than any other JIRA-integrated roadmapping software I've used and I'm looking forward to seeing what future functionality they grow, because it has so much potential to continue developing helpful features. Also - they have a public facing roadmap and allow so much communication with their team that you really feel like you're a part of their future growth. At the price point, I think it's the absolute best roadmapping/planning tool on the market.

There's room to continue expanding the feature set and developing ways to display things present in JIRA - e.g. right now, no way to show dependencies on the timeline or gantt views, but I know it's in their roadmap.

I love the colorful table view that I can tailor to my exact needs.

There is currently no "undo" or "restore" button or find function, but those are both just about to be released, so that's great!

I've been able to start with a simple table with a few fields that make sense to me, and expand that as I've expanded in my role.
