VQ is very easy to install and has a very low learning curve. We are able to hand off the maitenance of VQ to our coop students to run with very little training/onboarding required.
VQ is lacking in a few integrations that would make our life easier, and sometimes the records on companies are not complete. It'd be great to know specfically who is looking at our site, not just the company they are visiting from.
We do not have an outbound sales strategy, so inbound sales (particularly repeat business and referrals) are really key to our sales efforts. We follow with and engage any organization that shows up in VQ to allow a more direct marketing channel.
Visitor Queue lets me see companies and people that visit our website, but we can also see the pages they viewed and for how long. All the information is timed stamped, so you can track responses to emails, meeting and speaking engagements. There are other great features and actions you can take with each visit.
So far there is not anything that I dislike. It would be great to drill down more into what department or person is searching the site (but I am sure that technology exists).
We can see the interest level of potential customers after conferences, meetings, webinars and email campaigns.

This was simple to implement and set up users. Customer support has been great to engage with and get my team up and going.
We are still working out the connection with salesforce so it wasn't a simple plug and play but this could be an internal problem that our salesforce admin need to resolve
