What do you like best about TWIPLA?

This is like Google Analytics on steroids. It has so much functionality and it's really simple to get started and set up. I love it because I can track visitor metrics to my websites -- and my clients' websites.

What do you dislike about TWIPLA?

There's just nothing to dislike about this -- unless you don't happen to be happy with the visitor stats, but that's not their fault.

What problems is TWIPLA solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for a solution that worked better than Google Analytics. This application has so much functionality and it's really simple to get started and set up. I also love it because tracks visitor metrics to websites.

Amazing Analytics Tool

Overall: This tool has definitely helped me improve my site based on data such as user device screen resolution, bounce rate etc. so definitely worth it. If you manage websites for your clients, this tool will make it easier for them to understand the data, because it's user-friendly.Pros: 1) Visitor Analytics is simple to use, one script and you are off the mark. 2) The most crucial information you need is tracked. Such as visitors GEO location, bounce rate, referrer information etc. and if you take it one step further, you can create UTM based campaigns as well that you can use to track more information 3) The support is just amazing. CEO himself comes on chat and interacts with you. And I've had the privilege of talking to him at length on this product and trust me, the vision he has for Visitor Analytics is one that's exciting, from Google Ads integration to in-depth tracking, what he wants for this product is crystal clear. For him alone, this product is worth it.Cons: This tool is still in it's development phase so to speak, and as such, the amount of information you will find might be limited versus tools such as Matamo and GA. But with time and user feedback, I know they will turn everything around.

What do you like best about TWIPLA?

Easy to use graphical interface, with charts. It shows good overview for visitor locations, bounce rate, desktop and mobile user rate, landing pages, click paths etc.

What do you dislike about TWIPLA?

I cannot see the visitor's network provider and mobile device type here.

Recommendations to others considering TWIPLA:

I am satisfied with this tool and recommend it to use.

What problems is TWIPLA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some visitors are not listed in Google Analytics, therefore I use both tools to see a more proper data.

I really love the facility to understand to statistics!

The environment is clear, precise and friendly.

You can chose the period you want to check the trafic on your site and you discover which pages was the most view.

What do you dislike about TWIPLA?

It would be nice to know who ( from your list of contacts) was reading the pages. For now, you only see the provenance.

Recommendations to others considering TWIPLA:

You need this app if you want to blog or if you have a website to overlook the trafic.

What problems is TWIPLA solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me so far to pin point which article and blog post was most popular and which one was not. I can then create content align with what my follower prefer best.

I’m satisfied with the whole service. It’s easier to understand than other Analytic apps.

The service is really intuitive. But if questions arise they have an excellent customer service.
