I love the idea behind Visibook which purpose and main goal is to provide a good program that allows me to focus on my work while not ignoring my schedule and appointments, and Visibook does a great job at accomplishing this idea. I like that customers can have an easy access to appointments and how to book them, which Visibooks helps create via a link that can be customized. This software makes it really easy to adjust the rest of my schedule because it integrates with the Google Calendar, and it also allows me to plan my schedule according to my personal appointments too. Visibook is one of the best softwares I have used.

Price is pretty high considering the amount of feature available in the app, both in mobile and desktop apps. I think that if Visibook added more tools and customization features it would be great.

No matter what kind of field you’re working on, it’s always important to know your schedule and how to manage it.

The benefits I have seen from Visibook are pretty clear and they are shown in the way my performance in my job has improved. Being able to have an organized professional life is a top priority, so the fact that Visibook has provided a way to improve this is something that’s amazing as it is. I enjoy using this software because it completes and fulfills my needs and it’s easy to keep track of my schedule.

Good time management software that helps you to keep a check of all appointments.

Nothing at the moment, they can try to make UI little more interactive and better though.

I am managing my clients communication and updates through the Visibook. The support team is very helpful when ever I have any doubts or queries regarding the use.

The best thing about this software is not just limited to meeting scheduling. There are loads of things one can do with it. The app is a little more complicated than the web version. At times it becomes really challenging to get an appointment booked in.

I am using this for the last 6 months and it's really good. The best thing is that Visibook offers all its paid features to the free version as well. So if you want to give it a try before buying it, have a go. You will love it. And yes the first 30 days is absolutely free. Apart from these the below features will blow your mind off.

Never miss a client appointment and it also helps my google calendar to be synced with it.

Easy self scheduling for clients, it's an easy software program that interfaces with popular calendar programs such as Google. You can customize with your own branding and customers can schedule online according to your personally defined criteria and times. It also has mobile apps for iOS and Android.

The one thing I would like to see in this software is to be able to add a service that would only be booked by me and not the client through online booking.

Visibook is great for small businesses to help with appointment scheduling. It is easy to use and simple. They have a nice promo to be able to book 50 free appointments a month.

It allows me to conduct business, set appointments, and keep up with my schedule in the most efficient manner. I like how efficient it was. All the information I needed was available and on each screen as I went to the next one. The directions were clear and concise and I received my confirmation with all the details of my appointment in my email.

I like how it sends notifications to my clients everytime I book them or make an adjustment.

Creating my availability can be challenging. The app is more challenging to use than the computer version.

I no longer double book. It has organized my work life for me and my clients.

Pricing is where visibook takes a step backward. It is providing a host of features but at quite a premium of subscription model starting from $7 per month. It needs to make it accessible otherwise won't be used by many big MNCs.

It goes one step forward from all other messaging and group sharing platforms by implementing appointments, reminders in it.
