Visible is top notch for several reasons. From customer support to ease of use, this platform is a favorite. We love that updates can be saved as templates to work more effeciently each time we are using it.We have received great feedback from Investors and they like the ease of use on their end as well. We use this several times a month for investor communications and are beginning to use the data room.

At this time we do not have any downsides... We are able to accomplish everything we need with this platform at this time.

Visible is solving for streamlined updates, time effeciency, and consistency.

I've been using it for 5+ years to send updates to invetors and stakeholders on a monthly basis. Of course I could also just a normal email marketing tool for this purpose, but I love how simple and focused Visible is on just this one task. I can just go in and start writing without thinking about formatting, layout, etc.

I also have a few different lists ("investors", "advisors", "potentials") and it's super easy to keep track of who opens and engages with emails, etc.

The dataroom and deck sharing faetures are great. I think the newsletter creation tool is really simple and streamlined. I have never had a technical support issue. I like the analytics and overall features around measurements.

I think it would be great if it were avaialble as a plugin or add-on for HubSpot. Since I use HubSpot for CRM and Marketing already, I kind of wish I could consolidate all of my outreach into one venue.

I keep all my investor materials like decks, data room materails etc in one area and this keeps me organized.

I love that I have a investor report template in Visible connected to our financials so I can quickly build informative and good looking reports. That charts and graphs are fantastic - no need to build in Excel and then move them.

You need to spend a little time learning how to connect the right metrics and then build charts that are automatically updated monthly, but it is worth putting in the time.

Visible primarily helps us send monthly investor reports. We also use Visible when we are fundraising. The VC CRM works well.

I have been raising investment across multiple startups for over a decade, and I have tested lots of different tools to help me do so, but visible is easily one of my most vital tools. It beautifully consolidates an investor CRM, the ability to cleanly share and track views of your pitch deck, and makes it really easy to send out updates to individuals, groups, or the whole CRM. When it comes to raising investment, Visible is one of your most powerful tools. I also like it that you can speak to their Founder directly if you have any issues, he is always the first to help if you need it.

Price point, I have often thoughts it too expensive, but then when you compare it to any other tools you can rent to do the same job, and consider the invaluable role it plays in your raise, Visible does deliver value for money.

Deaing with and updating investors in a professional way.

Visible is the absolute best software tool for communicating with investors. It is extremely easy to have recurring updates with data and metrics to support the updates. Ever since I switched to Visible, I have been able to keep all of my investors informed about the successes and challenges of the business, allowing them to help me as needed. It is extremely easy to get started using it. They have an amazing template system as well to make regular updates easy.

They have limited data connections to connect the data and metrics of the business to updates, but they do have a decent API and can connect to basic spreadsheets so there are good work arounds.

It is absolutely worth your time if you have investors you need to keep in touch with. It will make your life easier and make them happier to know what is going on with their money.

I am solving the challenge of communicating to over 90 individual investors at any given time (from Series B VCs to individual angels from our seed round). It allows me to keep everyone informed easily, minimizing the individual calls I need to make.

My department use this product to send out regular company updates - the reports are easy to put together and manage.

It would be great if we could automate some of these reports, so that we don't have to refresh data sets, but for a small team it's not difficult to manage.
