Good Tool - helps to automate the commission process

I love the transparency Visdum is able to provide on my sales target vs achieved quota. The platform gives me clarity into my earnings, and reduces manual work thanks to the automation.

Commissions made easy with Visdum

Visdum provides clear information on the commissions payout with detail of each and every deal. The platform is very easy to use and significantly reduces the need to communicate with the Sales ops team on a daily basis. The platform meets my needs around tracking incentives accurately. I like that it gives detailed breakdown of variable pay with achievement done and to be achieved in present and previous quarters. It streamlines the workflows for payout aprrovals and makes it easier for the billing & accounts team to track and process payouts.

Visdum saves a lot of time and improved CRM hygiene

Visdum automates our entire sales commission policies including Presales and Partners. Ability to handle Complex plan scenario

As someone who manages Finance Operations, I can't speak highly enough about Visdum's intuitive design that made setting up and handling our most complex commission structures possible. Our implementation period was rapid and smooth (even more than I expected it to be due to our complex plan structure). As of today, our entire finance, sales, and operations teams are using Visdum actively. I log in at least once to twice a week to ensure if we’re on track with our commission payouts.

What really stands out is Visdum's versatility. We can effortlessly customize commission plans for different sales roles and easily track performance metrics across the team. This transparency ensures everyone gets paid accurately and fairly based on their contributions.

I'm also a huge fan of Visdum's integration capabilities. Syncing it with our HubSpot CRM and accounting software has taken our ops efficiency & team productivity to new heights.
