On time help in fixing issues and regular connectivity.I have shifted from Selenium automation to Virtuoso last year and found it very useful and time efficient in doing End-to-End Regression tesing. Few of my fellow colligues who don' t have coding skills they found very fond of it. I'm hoping we can expect more useful testing features in future

Some times journeys fails when slow intrernet connection OR cloudy condtions

The goal, journey and checkpoint used for building automation test cases very helpful and language used for writing test cases is easy to understand

some time required to provide more wait while writing test steps

In our organization, we automated different modules using this tool and also used an execution planner to prepare report using schedule execution

3. Videos and documents are very much helpful for new user

4. Queries are solved by customer support team

2. Need more extensions for other project management tools

reusability needs to be implemented using functions or some other way so we can reuse same logic and updation on that logic will implement easily in different places

With this tool I can easily switch between different devices, which saves time and effort. and it helped me save a lot of time when testing our website.

I must admit that the price is a bit high. However, it is important to mention that the quality of the product completely makes up for it.

Self heal is major feature of Virtuoso. This is extremely important as its only next product compared to CA LISA that had a inbuilt feature of self heal. Self heal increses accuracy of data being tested and help to build very high confidence to release the product in production

Nothing major. Except I need to try self heal on larger automation pack to see how much more effective it is when volumne of test cases are abnormally high in tens of thousands

Easy to use and easy to implement within a large team. Tool simple enough to use daily, and provides great collaboration within our team. The integration was a little technical at first but Customer support was there every step of the way.

Nothing to dislike. Whatever issues I had I was able to get assistance with Customer support.

Automating testing within an XAF applications comes with many complications, Virtuoso provides a work around.

It Provides a code less environment. Good plugin for Microsoft visual studio code.

So far so good. I liked all of its features that I explored.
